Hotel plus staff is super friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The staff treated my daughter and my aunt and myself hands down better than any hotel staff I've ever come across. Except for the massage area, there is an incident that was taken care of.

Cons:

There is an incident on the on-site massage center. It was handled and taken care of by management.

Great experience had to stay
Pros:

Stay with family and give complimentary early check in and beautiful balloon of Aston Simatupang for my child. Thanks mbak Widi for being nice and give us warm welcome.. The room also comfortable and clean. Food are delicious and various.

Nice stay for business purpose in Aston Priority Simatupang. It Must Try to Stay and Enjoy.
Pros:

Overal nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, as Mbak Widi show us her big smile. Mushola in 25th floor is one of the facilities which I consider to stay here. Besides, various and yummy food and baverages spoil our tounge and tummy till the last spoon and drop. Wish I could back here again for enjoying the food and other services.

Ruangan kamar kotor, rasa makanan tidak enak karena saya pesan menu makan malam sate bumbu kacang tapi yang dihidangkan sate bumbu pecel, AC kamar tidak bisa dikontrol karena AC di-set ke 25°C namun suhu kamar di range 20°C - 21°C.
