Pros:

The breakfast was Great! Parking was good

Cons:

Our room was not too clean, there was hair in the shower and hair on the floor behind the bathroom floor. The bathroom floor was dirty. The desk in front area was not clean, there were stained left over from previous person. The side of the hotel we were on was noise.

Couldn’t ask for better. Stayed twice in the last year and will return again hopefully.
Pros:

Very nice. Easy to find just off interstate. Looks new. Everything top notch. Staff first class. Second time to stay here. Great selection on breakfast.

Cons:

Clean, safe and like new.

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was exceptional!

Cons:

Running my credit card 24hrs before I arrived. I was told because "we are full and we need to confirm that the card is good. You should've received an email or notification from your 3rd party booking. Which, I didn't! But its not " Booking. com that running my card & collecting the money." What if I was gonna pay cash upon arrival? And even after my card was confirmed and I was told by hotel staff my credit card was good & reservation confirmed, I still got flack from attending front desk upon arrival. She says " Let me see if we have your room, because we are full." REALLY! Plus as I was checking in, she says ' she says " We always have problems with 3rd party bookings, because they confirm with you, but they don't confirm with us." At this time, I'm concerned, do we have a reservation or not. This the first time, I've ever had problems with this.
If this chain of hotels is going to treat me like crap, why would I want to receive emails & sign up for any more disrespect?
The hotel was full of some Motorcycle Club annual meeting. I had no problem with them. Only they were allowed to run the parking lot for 2 nights, reving up their bikes all day & night. They were allowed to park in the " handicap parking, with no visible placard or license plates noted..... I'm officially disabled, so that made it hard for me. Plus the mess they were allowed to make outside in the parking lot was unacceptable! The Hotel had these jagged red rocks used as part of landscape. Those rocks were scattered all over the sidewalk and the parking lot, making it hazardous for me, especially at night and nevermind the trash this Motorcycle club would just leave everywhere. If this hotel was going to cater to this club, thats all great, but how about a heads up to the older disabled couple " warning it may get a little loud & disruptive here.

I loved the location , breakfast ,and the staff
