I tired!
Pros:

All staff was friendly and extremely helpful from the front desk to the kitchen.
The maintenance guy was even going g out of his way to assist us in any way possible.

Cons:

The hotel could use some updating. Ice machine at end of the very long hall way on only 2 floors. For 5 back and hip issues it was murder. The staff saw that and assisted

Everything about this room in the living room the bedroom the bathroom everything was working very nice very clean, this would be the type of room that I would love to book every time I come to Shreveport easy traveling to casino and restaurants.

The pictures do not match the rooms.
Pros:

The location was good, as we were near the highway. Very easy access. The staff was pleasant, and there was complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom needs to be updated terribly, and the living room part of the room was just another room that was previously attached. The couch was not comfortable, and the room seemed very empty.

This wonderful establishment provided an exceptionally pleasant and memorable lodging experience.

Great staff great location but older building in need of repair and maintenance

The staff really were marvelous. They can only work with what they're given so the issues with the property itself aren't their fault, but everyone we came in contact with was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Upon entering our room there were ants crawling all over the nightstand and up the back of one of the beds. There weren't anymore double rooms left so they couldn't move us but someone came up right away to spray and clean the area. The door to our room had visible signs that someone had broken in in the past and never appeared completely closed or locked from the outside. The key readers on the door and gate to the pool were basically not functioning we got locked outside between the building and the pool once and had to wait for staff to unlock the pool gate.

Nothing. This place has left an awful taste in my mouth when it comes to the Holiday Inn brand.

Cons:

This location has some of the rudest peoe that I have ever come in contact with. They are also severely unwilling to help resolve a payment matter. We paid for the room twice and now no one is interested in helping rectify with a refund on at least one of the payment methods used.
