The staff were amazing - very friendly and accommodating.
The restaurant was tasty and had a varied menu.
The room we had was clean room, comfortable King bed, recently renovated bathroom was new and shiny and clean. The room lacked charm and warmth but had all the required amenities. Weird fireplece design in our room.
I would go back but try another room. There was a huge AC or similar machine for the bldg beside that rumbled most of the night.

Pros:

Really nice spot on top of the Mercer restaurant close to all Stratford has to offer. Room was well appointed and very comfortable. Great value, would definitely come back

Obviously, not having an elevator is a drawback. The rooms we had were lovely, but the street noises and lights can get distracting. The location is perfect for walking everywhere so I guess it’s the trade off.
Awkward and small staircases for walking with suitcases. Not good for elderly but awesome for able-bodied people. The convenience of having the bar downstairs is nice for a drink, and the room sizes were really good. I would stay again just for the location.

The staff were incredible! From check-in to departure everyone had a smile and seemed to genuinely care. The room itself was lovely. The only suggestion would be that housekeeping need to spend a little more time snd attention when cleaning the room.
