Отличное расположение, все, что может потребоваться в шаге от отеля. Хороший завтрак. Очень красивое лобби. Находиться в отеле приятно.
За день до выезда подошли на ресепшен, спросили возможен ли поздний выезд, назвали номер. На, что сразу получили ответ «окей», сотрудник не посмотрел в базе данных, не в документах, просто окей и всё. Мы уточнили, точно ли это возможно, назвали время, в которое мы хотели покинуть отель. Снова «окей». Сотрудник точно нас понял, говорили на английском и через переводчик на вьетнамский. Он точно два раза подтвердил, что мы можем выехать в 18:00. На следующий день в 12:45 к нам подходит его сменщица и говорит, что мы должны выехать через 15 минут. Если бы нам отказали сразу, мы бы придумали заранее, что нам делать, а так были вынуждены срочно Меня ь свои планы и решать проблему. Отвратительное отношение.

スタッフはとても親切で、朝食はフルーツも新鮮、料理の種類も豊富で最高でした。ロケーションも窓からの日の出が美しかったです。
ハンガーが壊れているものが多かった。また、シャワーもどこからか水が漏れており、浴槽の外へ水が流れてしまいバスマットがビチョビチョになってしまった。

Location is good, just 10 minutes to the beach, next to Vincom.
Car parking lot is limited.
Light in room should be a little bit brighter.
Breakfast was pay up.....mostly Asian food. 5 days only went once. Pool was great but slippery.....even the shower tiles were slippery once wet. Beach was very close & we received vouchers for the beach chairs and beer was cheap. Location was great, We got ripped of by taxi from station ...he wanted 600 dong he got 300. After a word or two. Restaurant adjacent was excellent.

На рецепшине и в лифтах не работают кондиционеры либо их не включают, бассейн очень маленький, ванна максимально не удобная из за стекла , вода сливается под ноги, завтраки заканчиваются очень рано в 9 утра

As multiple visitors we loved the area and the convenience of the hotel.
The facility is old but well maintained. Breakfast was great 6 years ago but so so now. However kind staff and clean roos never changed. Always a good place to enjoy Nha Trang.
One disappointment was the noise from the rooftop poolside bar for one night. Loudspeakers run until one o’clock am despite my complaint around 12 at night to turn it off. They claim the bar itself doesn’t belong to the hotel. Ownership aside, the bar apparently run for the hotel guests. Need attention.
We stayed there for a month and dealt with being over run with ants, extremely poor wifi and they came several times and stood there looking at their phone then left nothing changed. The breakfast buffet was cold every day then i complained and then they turned on the warming plates then most of the food was warm for a few days at least. Scrambled eggs and omelette were so runny and we complained several time and i guess they didn’t understand so just stopped ordering them. They did have a nice location near the beach and the staff were nice but didn’t speak much English. We won’t go back and there are lots of options so look around.
The receptionist named Vy was extremely rude. At check-in, she requested to keep my Citizen ID card. I did not agree because, according to current regulations, hotels are not allowed to retain guests’ ID cards. She then responded with an attitude, saying, “In that case, you must pay a deposit of VND 1,000,000 per room.”
I asked what the deposit was for, and she said it was to cover potential damage or missing items. After that, she issued a receipt without any specific details.
The bathroom floor was clogged, causing water to overflow and spread onto the room floor.
Breakfast had very limited choices and was served quite early, from 6:30 to 9:00 AM. The food quality was poor.
