As multiple visitors we loved the area and the convenience of the hotel.
The facility is old but well maintained. Breakfast was great 6 years ago but so so now. However kind staff and clean roos never changed. Always a good place to enjoy Nha Trang.
One disappointment was the noise from the rooftop poolside bar for one night. Loudspeakers run until one o’clock am despite my complaint around 12 at night to turn it off. They claim the bar itself doesn’t belong to the hotel. Ownership aside, the bar apparently run for the hotel guests. Need attention.
We stayed there for a month and dealt with being over run with ants, extremely poor wifi and they came several times and stood there looking at their phone then left nothing changed. The breakfast buffet was cold every day then i complained and then they turned on the warming plates then most of the food was warm for a few days at least. Scrambled eggs and omelette were so runny and we complained several time and i guess they didn’t understand so just stopped ordering them. They did have a nice location near the beach and the staff were nice but didn’t speak much English. We won’t go back and there are lots of options so look around.
The receptionist named Vy was extremely rude. At check-in, she requested to keep my Citizen ID card. I did not agree because, according to current regulations, hotels are not allowed to retain guests’ ID cards. She then responded with an attitude, saying, “In that case, you must pay a deposit of VND 1,000,000 per room.”
I asked what the deposit was for, and she said it was to cover potential damage or missing items. After that, she issued a receipt without any specific details.
The bathroom floor was clogged, causing water to overflow and spread onto the room floor.
Breakfast had very limited choices and was served quite early, from 6:30 to 9:00 AM. The food quality was poor.
The staff were very kind and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The room was always clean. 10/10 experience.
Alana Hotel in Nha Trang. The services are extremely poor.
When I entered the hotel, they informed me about all the timings and facilities. Later, I went to the pool. The pool was very dirty, and the water had too much chlorine.
The timing of the pool bar is supposed to be from morning until night. However, when I asked for a drink at 3:30, they told me the bar would only open at 5:00.
After that, I went back to my room and decided to order something from room service. The room service menu says it is available from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. I asked for Coca-Cola—none. Sprite—none. Soda—none. Beer—none. When I asked what I could get, the staff member told me, “You can get ice.” Such a disappointing experience!
Rooms are ok not that great, mine had a bug too!
Breakfast was the only thing which was Ok from the rest. However there was no music in the restaurant so all I could hear in cutlery and crockery clashing & children & people talking. When i asked the staff she said they don’t have music in the restaurant which is astonishing!
Asked for hot Americano but only had Vietnamese black coffee.
This place clearly lacks management!
There is huge issue with the number of people working! There is no one who is responsible I believe!

Great location being close to beach, restaurants, shops and convenient stores. Beautiful ocean view from our rooms. Roof top pool and bar had great views and arrange of drinks on offer. The buffet breakfast could of been hotter with more variety.
3rd time staying here and never can find a fault.

Rooms are ok. Wifi is terrible in the rooms, so not great if you want to work etc.
Paper thin walls, can hear everyone come in and out in the hall way, hear people in the other room and when somebody uses the shower there is a very loud water pump working.
Beach is just across the road which is good
Overall is ok for the money.
