Nice stay but overpriced for the service we had with the exception of the restaurant.
Pros:

Carriages were excellent with good service and lovely food. We liked our room in principle and the location was good

Cons:

We had a assisted room which was lovely with a huge wet room. On using the shower, the whole floor flooded right over to the toilet. I managed to dry enough floor to get dressed and then called reception for help. Reception didn't answer, even though before closing time but contacted out of hours help and a night porter came and dried the floor. A maintenance man came the next morning but I didn't have the confidence to try the shower again. The room wasn't serviced at any time during our 4 night stay, despite booming service for the Friday of our stay.

The location

Cons:

The property was not clean. The bath was not clean at all. I thankfully only had one night in the hotel. We arrived late and left early. If I’d of had to stay any longer I would have had to of moved properties.

Pros:

De kamer was schoon

Cons:

De locatie, muffige gangen en kamer, het restaurant. De airco werkte niet. Personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar kon niks uitrichten. We hebben een deel van ons geld terug gekregen.
Het diner in het restaurant. Tip: ga voor a la carte. De carving is ronduit smakeloos.

Very enjoyable but not for those with disability issues.
Pros:

Hotel in good location not far from M5. Room clean, comfortable and suitable for someone with less mobility. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food good but a little expensive. Surprisingly quiet considering next to a busy road.

Cons:

Not suitable for anyone with a wheelchair or mobility vehicle. Bedrooms are in one block (disability rooms are across the length of the car park, then across a small road then the disability access is around the other side of the building housing bar etc. The pavement is uneven then the final ramp is steep!) The staff were always ready to help.

Fantastic location with superb food choices.
Pros:

The rooms that we had were excellent, the breakfast choices were very nicely laid out, the restaurant menu was also very good and the portions very generous. I would not hesitate to stay here again when we are in the area.

Cons:

The closeness to the main road with the roundabout made it quite noisy but as the overall location was so good it is a minor thing.
The staff were all excellent with the unfortunate exception of 1 of the waitresses who was obviously workshy|
