Very comfortable and well equipped room in a convenient location
Pros:

Convenient location, very clean and comfortable. Restaurant next door. Fridge in the room.

Cons:

There was a slight mix up when we arrived and some confusion about room allocation but it was soon sorted. There were steps up into our room which was a bit awkward with luggage. The fridge had not been emptied from the previous occupants but otherwise it was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Perfect stopover.
Pros:

Perfect place to stop enroute (after a long journey) to Cornwall. Staff were very welcoming, room comfortable & spotless, with the bonus of a bath as well as a shower. Very dog friendly, although I should point out, that even though I 'searched' for pet friendly places to stay & booked 1 adult & 1 dog, do call the hotel to check they have a pet friendly room available or make it known in the booking notes. When we arrived at reception, my booking did not show +1 dog, thankfully there was one last pet friendly room left but this may not have been the case.

ood location . very clean . a little bit dictatorial slightly unwelcoming . might have been because
Pros:

breakfast was excellent . Dinner was Ok i was late after a long journey and they were rushing me out at 9.25

Cons:

The Tv was difficult not plugged in two plugs not sure what the second one did when i got there difficult to tune in .
The room had four narrow steps up to it off the corridor tricky carrying luggage .

I wouldn’t be in a hurry to return.
Pros:

The restaurant next door was very nice. Friendly / helpful reception staff about the only redeeming features.

Cons:

Dirty bath / tiny bathroom. Upgraded to king bed, however, it was two singles zipped together. Room 105 absolutely stinks of damp (horrendous) , room was boiling and air con wasn’t working.

Generally our stay was ok, food in restaurant was good.
Pros:

It was convenient for where we wanted to be. Bed was large and comfy.

Cons:

Very little wardrobe space as we were there for 4 nights. The bathroom was tiny - any one large would never had fitted in.
