Was everything we needed for a stopover and we’ll definitely use it again.
Pros:

It was a stopover to Cornwall in an excellent location. The breakfast was very good, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The shower was lovely but the bathroom was tiny!

Comfortable and convenient. Attention to detail lacking
Pros:

We like the location. Close to the route we use from the ferry. Easy to get to the city and to family who live nearby. Bedding, towels are good and the bed comfy. The room at the back was quiet and even though it was hot, the aircon made it bearable. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Good parking.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit shabby and grubby. In need of a refurb and not really up to standard for the price of the room. Kettle needed descaling. We stayed two nights, but only given two biscuits and four teabags. Not enough hooks for dressing gowns, towels etc

Pros:

The staff were very helpful on the phone after service, as once I had checked out and got home i discovered I had left so of my clothes in the room they were very helpful in getting it sent back to me ASAP via 1st class post, many thanks for that greatly appreciated

Not worth the high price tag
Pros:

The outside was lovely, lots of parking, nice to sit outside the restaurant/bar on a sunny day. Aircon in the room was great.

Cons:

Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, rooms are very very small with very limited facilities and amenities. Not worth the price.

On a scorching hot day the aircon in the room worked really well.

2 separate buildings. One for bedrooms and the adjacent one for bars etc.
