Good location for our needs
Pros:

The restaurant was very good value for money

Cons:

The rooms were very small we were very shocked when entering the room as nothing like the pictures. Didn't sleep well the beds very lumpy.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, for the price you could not fault. Staff were lovely, location is fantastic

Cons:

Breakfast was beautiful, however we were told the restaurant finished at 9 and Hubby turned up at 9.10 and when we went for a meal apparently closed the kitchen closed at 9.00, but not a problem went to Denleys in Topsham which was lovely. We returned to Hotel and relaxed. Thank you x

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the evening meals were delicious and good value...especially the carvery.
We expected the location to be in walking distance to the town centre...it wasn't.
