Oda geniş ve temizdi havuz ve jakuzi güzeldi yemek ve kahvaltı açık büfeydi. Kahvaltı sıcak daha çok çeşit olsa daha iyi olabilirdi

Bir gece kaldık 5 oda kiraldik ailece. Bizim odadaki duş bozuktu. Diğer odalarda sorun yoktu.baska bir sorun yaşamadık

Odalar temizdi. Personel ilgiliydi. Herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık

Fotoğraflarda daha iyi görünüyor , idare eder , ortalama , nasıl 4 yıldız bilemedim , yangın sprink tesisatı yok

Good hotel. Practical for business stay.

My stay was excellent, however the bathroom needs better lighting and the bath area was not draining, not to mention there were 2 short planks of wood keeping the water in the bath area and it was not sufficient, the bathroom kept flooding.

Jeg har været her i 3 nætter med børnene og alt var fint. Kan klart anbefales. Rimelig pris hvis man har børn som får gavn af at svømme.

Otelin alt kat kapalı havuz kısmı arızalı diyerek kullanıma açmadılar. Kahvaltı bizce felaketti çeşit yok lezzet düşük. Temizlik kesinlikle iyi, havlu değişimi muntazam. Personel genellikle asık suratlı sanırım zorla çalıştırıyorlar. Bizce bölge için tercih edilebilir. Sonuçta genellikle sadece konaklama amacı ile kullanılıyor

We had a reservation for 2 nights and when we arrive to the hotel everything was fine , the rooms were next to each other as a family trip . The restaurant servers are awful , they don’t clean the tables unless you requested even they see the table full of dirty plates . No one greet the guest ,not a single word which is awful in the hospitality industry , also we had issues with the AC the first night but didn’t complain thinking that was just an insignificant issue but 2nd night we had the same problem and we called the front desk and their answer was there’s not technician and we have to wait for next day . While we were doing Check out we mentioned the AC issue and they said that they didn’t receive any call regarding this matter telling me a LIAR which is very disrespectful answer.


I will suggest more training regarding hospitality and Guest relations because the building doesn’t look bad and is clean but the service is AWFUL ,terrible . Also there is a lack of language that is even worst .

chambre spacieuse mais un peu vieillotte clim qui fonctionne a peine. petit dej avec peu de choix de n sucré juste pain confiture et fruits. pour le salé il ya de quoi faire.

Omgeving van hotel is prima, het hotel zelf is “ok”.

My father died due to which was not able to do the tour.The property didn’t have courtesy to give credit of money so that booking can be done later in same hotel or partial refund of amount.

Wer nicht auf luxus unbedingt besteht ist es ok.

Güzel bir yer kalınabilir herzaman

Kamer rook niet al te fris. Maar wel proper. Info over faciliteiten ontbrak. Hebben alles zelf moeten uitzoeken.

Otel görevlileri arkadaşımla yan yana odada kalmak icin oda değişikliği istediğimizde sağolsunlar bize yardımcı oldular.
Ancak gündüz odada dinlenmek istediğimizde tadilat ve temizlik gürültüsünden hiç dinlenemedik.
Temizlik gürültüsü hadi neyse ama odada uyuyan biri varken yan odada matkap ve çekiçle saatlerce tadilat yapmanın amacını anlayamadık. Sabah saat 9’da başlayan tadilatı uyarmamıza istinaden durdurdular ancak saat 13’te tekrar başladılar ve 2 saat devam etti. Sonuç olarak dinlenmek ve uyumak için kaldığım odada adam akıllı dinlenemedim.

Gewoon een net hotel, receptie was nors en totaal niet vriendelijk , matrassen mogen wel vernieuwd worden , ontbijt was wel erg goed

For the price it is ok kind of old hotel and wifi does not work in all rooms

Good place if you hace a car, all god (or tourist) things are in Göreme.

Besides that, it is a good hotel

Wifi doet het niet, bedden slecht, personeel niet vriendelijk
