Pros:

Schöner Wellness-Bereich. Schön renoviert von innen.

Voor de vierde maal op doorreis geboekt
Pros:

In eerdere beoordeling schreven we dat een verblijf in dit hotel voor herhaling vatbaar was. Het feit dat wij dit hotel voor de vierde maal op doorreis boekten zegt genoeg. Na een lange rit is het heerlijk toeven in de parkachtige tuinen en de beergarten.

Cons:

Leider war die Matratze im Bett ziemlich durchgelegen. Der obere Duschkopf müsste erneuert werden.
Mit 4 Personen im Zimmer (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) ist es mehr als unglücklich, dass das Bad im Zimmer integriert ist und das es nur eine Glastür gibt, die entweder vor der Dusche oder vor der Toilette ist. Also entweder von allen beim Toilettengang beobachtet werden oder beim Duschen alles nass machen.

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich super. Alle waren ausnahmslos äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist insgesamt schön angelegt, mit einem tollen Ambiente. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der Park / Biergarten draußen und auch die Poollandschaft. Pool und Whirlpool kann man zwischen 7.00 und 22.00 Uhr benutzen, die Sauna und das Dampfbad ab 17 Uhr oder auf Anfrage. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen waren fantastisch.

Cons:

Unter der Woche gibt es zwischen dem Frühstück und dem Abendessen nicht die Möglichkeit, den tollen Park richtig auszunutzen, da erst ab 17.30 Uhr wieder Speisen und Getränke angeboten werden.
Im Ort gibt es einen Lidl und einen Metzger; abgesehen davon muss man, wenn man kein Auto hat, mit dem einmal in der Stunde fahrenden Bus irgendwo etwas zu Essen auftreiben. Wir hätten gerne die Sonne bei einem Eisbecher oder Getränk im Park genossen, was leider nur am Samstag möglich war.
Die Zimmer sind recht in die Jahre gekommen. Wahrscheinlich würde schon ein neuer Boden viel ausmachen. Sie sind jedoch funktional, sauber und ordentlich.
Der Pool war uns leider etwas zu kalt. Man musste sich durchgängig bewegen, um nicht zu frieren. Bei 1,35m Bodentiefe ist die Voraussetzung dafür natürlich weniger gut gegeben als in einem Standard Schwimmerbecken mit 25m Länge.
Die Preise sind insgesamt recht gehoben. In den meisten Punkten ist dies jedoch nachvollziehbar (Zb hochqualitatives Essen).
Leider hatten wir das Pech, mit einer unangenehmen Gruppe an hauptsächlich Männern das Hotel zu teilen. Diese waren im Wellnessbereich im Beisein anderer Gäste sehr laut, haben Saltos ins Becken gemacht, Frisbee gespielt und sind den "Fels" im Pool hochgeklettert. Es wäre schön, wenn das Hotel in Fällen wie diesen die entsprechenden Personen zurechtweisen könnte, damit sich alle wohlfühlen und entspannen können.

Super Lage 20 min nur von Legoland entfernt, Ruhige Ortschaft, Freundliches Personal, es wurde eine Lösung gefunden für den Parkplatz Mangel, wunderschöner Biergarten mit viel Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen

Cons:

Badezimmer gehört Renoviert in den Comfort Zimmer, 1 Sauna war Defekt, zu Kaltes Wasser im Schwimmbad, konnte nur das Whirlpool verwenden, wenig auswahl beim Frühstück sollte bissi umfangreicher sein für ein 4 Sterne Hotel, zu wenige Parkplätze für Hotelgäste vorhanden
