The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and excellent service—the hotel is fortunate to have such wonderful employees.

However, the hotel management charged me a €200 security deposit upon check-in and refused to accept cash, leaving me no choice but to use my Mastercard. I was informed that the deposit would be refunded to my account within three business days. It has now been almost a month, and I still have not received the refund.

Un emplacement pratique et un séjour confortable
Pros:

Un hôtel propre, très bien situé. Un endroit calme. Des lits confortables.
Le personnel est très aimable. En raison de la longue attente avant l'enregistrement, on m'a proposé un petit-déjeuner gratuit. Et lorsque j'ai précisé que je n'avais pas pris de whisky dans le réfrigérateur, on ne me l'a pas facturé. Au moment du départ, on m'a offert un croissant tout frais et un café.

Cons:

Ils voulaient m'imputer sur la note de départ une bouteille de whisky que j'aurais soi-disant prise dans le réfrigérateur et bue. Comme je n'avais pas pris de whisky et que je n'avais même pas ouvert le réfrigérateur, ils n'ont pas ajouté ce montant à la note.
