Je recommande fortement l'hôtel.
Pros:

J'ai aimé la déco de la chambre et sa conception. J'ai trouvé le lit très confortable. L'agencement des pièces est originale. J'ai trouvé sympa l'escalier pour accéder au lit.

Cons:

Je trouve qu'il y avait peu d'espace pour ranger ses sacs et vêtements sur les centres. L'espace était exigu. Le très mauvais est le petit-déjeuner il n' y avait pas la personne affectée.

Excelente estadia, realmente fue un agrado, la atención fue espectacular, Johan respondio de forma inmediata nuestras consultas online y al llegar al hotel Lucía fue la mejor concierge que se puede tener, nos ayudo en todo y fue muy amable y dispuesta, estamos muy agradecidos de ella. Hastanos entregaron antes la habitación y nos dieron una habitacion mejor.
El hotel es pequeño y muy agradable y limpio. La habitacion muy grande hasta con sofa y mesa de centro. Son 3 habitaciones por piso.
El desayuno muy rico y muy bien servido.
La ubicacion muy buena, a pasos de saint germain y arco de triunfo y varios locales de comida cerca.

Location great. few meters from The champs Elysees and Arc du Triumph. Staff very nice . The Lobby is charming.

Cons:

The quadruple room we got was really old, not clean, noisy . the light in the bathroom didn't work so we had to sleep with the light on all night, the bathroom and shower dirty, old and not practical as we were four and there was just a mirror separating the toilet with the shower that you had to open and close. The wall paper was dirty and with stains of humidity. the towel dryer was scary as we could see the cables. The sink after using them were all flooded . The furnitures in the room were very old, dirty and damaged. the carpet really dirty and old. the hotel did not provide robes neither sleepers considering it is a 4 star hotel. Immediately we asked for a room change but they gave us another better room the following day. The staff was very nice with us and very professional helping us to find a better room for the rest of the 4 days we were staying. The new room we got after was much much better but still not for a 4 hotel standard as the carpet was old and dirty, the bathroom looked dirty in some spots and the room was smaller than the one we have booked and payed . But we were more comfortable than the previous room ! The hotel needs to renovate some rooms . The breakfast room is small but nice. In summary, we were expecting to have a better hotel room considering it is a 4 star hotel and price. It should be classified as a 3 star hotel.

Gutes Hotel an toller Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist super - ein paar Gehminuten entfernt von der Champs-Elysées entfernt. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer im 6.OG - die Zimmer waren sehr gross und wir hatten genügend Platz zu Dritt. Zusätzlich zu den Bettern gab es sogar ein Sofa/Sessel als Sitzmöglichkeit. Es gab einen Kühlschrank (gefüllt mit Snacks und Getränken gegen Gebühr). Die Badezimmer waren ebenfalls gross und es gab in einem Zimmer eine Dusche, im anderen eine Badewanne (mit Dusche). Es war nicht alles in den Zimmern im besten Zustand und es gab manche Gebrauchsspuren, aber für uns hat es völlig gereicht. Die Lage und die Grösse der Zimmer konnten uns absolut überzeugen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Uno schifo!

Nulla al di fuori della posizione!

Uno schifo! All'arrivo alle 14:45 la stanza non era ancora pronta per il check in (possibile dalle 14:00 in avanti), nessuno ci ha informato, nessuno si è scusato! Il custode ci ha accompagnati davanti alla porta e c'erano 2 donne delle pulizie, il custode e noi 4 (non potevamo letteralmente muoverci nè in corridoio nè in stanza), il custode ha mandato via le donne della pulizia senza che la camera e il bagno fossero puliti!
Freddo polare! Dalla reception continuavano a spegnere il riscaldamento senza permesso!
Niente shampo, crema doccia, balsamo, sapone per le mani! Su richiesta sono arrivati 2 shampo per capelli (eravamo in 4).
La doccia non era regolabile. Hotel vecchio e puzzolente!
Uno schifo! Da evitare assolutamente visto il prezzo 4 stelle, sì, neanche all'epoca di Luigi XVI!!!
"Letti' con materassi da 1cm scomodi e cicolosi!
Nessuno si è scusato ai nostri reclami, nemmeno un caffè o una colazione offerti!
La proprietaria fredda e distaccata come se le stessi facendo un favore! Se siete nei paraggi andate all'Arc Elysée, non qui!
Nemmeno un motel è così squallido!

UNA TRUFFA. NON SOGGIORNATE IN QUESTO ALBERGO

Nulla. Il più brutto albergo mai provato. Siamo arrivati durante la tarda serata, mi hanno dato le chiavi della camera e ho trovato altre persone dentro. Poi mi hanno cambiato stanza, e mi hanno dato una stanza orribile da 2 e non da 4. Ho dovuto dormire per terra. Poi mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero rimborsato tutto e non lo hanno mai fatto. ATTENTI E’ UNA TRUFFA.
