Stay was quite and good. Far from the madding crowd as they say. environ is excellent. gardens are good and give one a sence of peace with nature.

Finding a Tranquil Place
Pros:

I love this hotel - it's tranquil, friendly and a hotel where you can de-stress!

Don't expect five star facilities, but enjoy the wonderful surroundings, as well the history of the place and good service.

Quiet and peaceful
Pros:

ZESA is a challenge for all hotels in Zim. Food was good. Staff were polite and helpful. Why no Coke Zero or other non sugar drinks for diabetic guests? Why no powder milk with the tea and coffee sachets? Why no hot water in the shower, though there was in the bath and basin? Comfortable bed, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Car park is a long way for elderly, handicapped guests to walk.
