Wish we could have stayed longer. Viroths exceeded our expectations, makes us want to visit again

incredible customer service, the front desk remembering us, our information, asking questions, always curious to know how we are, how was our day, etc. front door staff always helpful with taxis, luggage, and mosquito spray. restaurant staff remembered our orders for eggs , coffee etc from previous day so would be prepared for the next day. Spa was excellent.

Cons:

Shower drain very slow, almost floods the bathroom. but other than that, Viroths is one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

应该算小型的精品酒店，酒店设置维护的很好，干净卫生，在房间内没有蚊虫。
酒店的服务人员很好，进出酒店都很热情，可以记住每位住客的房间号
因为第一晚住的是临街的房间，早上有看日出的旅行团造成房间较吵，但当天有帮忙换到更安静的房间，很感谢工作人员！

因为酒店比较小，周围非酒店房屋的维修或街上会有噪音影响休息，如果让窗户等隔音更好一些将完美

W Viroth's Hotel podobało nam się dosłownie WSZYSTKO! Począwszy od wystroju hotelu, wspaniały design, dbałość o każdy szczegół. Bardzo komfortowy basen, duża dostępność leżaków, kameralnie. Poprzez usługę gastronomiczną - duży wybór na śniadaniu, bufet oraz dania serwowane z karty (w cenie), restauracja również z dużym wyborem zarówno dań lokalnych jak i międzynarodowych. Wszystko bardzo smaczne, podane bardzo estetycznie i w dobrej jakości. Aż po wspaniały personel - wszyscy prawdziwie serdeczni, z sercem na dłoni, starają się aby pobyt gości był niezapomniany i tak też się dzieje. Czuliśmy się prawdziwie zaopiekowani. Personel bardzo pomocny przy organizacji wszelkich wycieczek. Nam najbardziej zapadła w pamięć i poruszyła wyprawa do Floating Village. Bardzo dziękujemy również za poruszającą rozmowę Panu z recepcji (niestety nie pamiętam imienia), który pochodzi z Floating Village. Było to cenne doświadczenie. Na pewno wrócimy do Viroth's Hotel!

Good breakfast, you could partake from the buffet & order of the menu. Pool looked good but we didn't use it. Room was comfortable.

Gorgeous property with wonderful service
Pros:

Gorgeous property with the nicest, most welcoming staff. They really look after you from the moment you arrive. The rooms are comfortable, the pool is pristine, and the breakfasts could not have been better. We enjoyed many spa services - massages, facials and body scrubs. All wonderful!

Cons:

Everything was great. Gym is small but sufficient.
