W Viroth's Hotel podobało nam się dosłownie WSZYSTKO! Począwszy od wystroju hotelu, wspaniały design, dbałość o każdy szczegół. Bardzo komfortowy basen, duża dostępność leżaków, kameralnie. Poprzez usługę gastronomiczną - duży wybór na śniadaniu, bufet oraz dania serwowane z karty (w cenie), restauracja również z dużym wyborem zarówno dań lokalnych jak i międzynarodowych. Wszystko bardzo smaczne, podane bardzo estetycznie i w dobrej jakości. Aż po wspaniały personel - wszyscy prawdziwie serdeczni, z sercem na dłoni, starają się aby pobyt gości był niezapomniany i tak też się dzieje. Czuliśmy się prawdziwie zaopiekowani. Personel bardzo pomocny przy organizacji wszelkich wycieczek. Nam najbardziej zapadła w pamięć i poruszyła wyprawa do Floating Village. Bardzo dziękujemy również za poruszającą rozmowę Panu z recepcji (niestety nie pamiętam imienia), który pochodzi z Floating Village. Było to cenne doświadczenie. Na pewno wrócimy do Viroth's Hotel!

Pros:

Good breakfast, you could partake from the buffet & order of the menu. Pool looked good but we didn't use it. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

I am not fond of lizards & especially in the evenings they were all over.

Gorgeous property with wonderful service
Pros:

Gorgeous property with the nicest, most welcoming staff. They really look after you from the moment you arrive. The rooms are comfortable, the pool is pristine, and the breakfasts could not have been better. We enjoyed many spa services - massages, facials and body scrubs. All wonderful!

Cons:

Everything was great. Gym is small but sufficient.

Unser Aufenthalt im Viroth's Hotel war von A bis Z erstklassig. Nachdem wir bereits in vielen sehr guten Häusern übernachtet haben, setzt dieses Hotel nochmals neue Massstäbe.

Was dieses Hotel so besonders macht:
Das Personal (Absolut Weltklasse!): Das Team im Viroth's ist das Herzstück des Hauses. Das Personal ist nicht nur extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, sondern in seiner Professionalität schlichtweg einsame Spitze. Man fühlt sich als Gast jederzeit wertgeschätzt und perfekt betreut – ein Service auf diesem Niveau ist selten zu finden.
Design & Atmosphäre: Das 50er-Jahre-Retro-Design ist wunderschön umgesetzt und wird mit sehr viel Grün und moderner Eleganz kombiniert. Es ist eine Oase der Ruhe im geschäftigen Siem Reap.
Komfort & Sauberkeit: Die Zimmer sind stilvoll, tadellos sauber und sehr funktional. Besonders die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein, wenn man nach den Tempeltouren eine Auszeit braucht.
Lage: Ideal gelegen, um das Stadtzentrum von Siem Reap zu Fuss zu erkunden. Die Trottoirs in der Umgebung sind breit und gepflegt, was das Spazierengehen sehr angenehm macht.

Ein absolutes Juwel! Wer in Siem Reap übernachtet, sollte sich dieses Erlebnis nicht entgehen lassen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

スタッフが最高。出かける時は必ず出かけ先を聞いてくれ、出かけ先で使えるクーポンや、有効な情報をくれる。戻ってきた時は都度おしぼりをくれ、名前を呼んで出迎えてくれてルームキーも用意してある。大きすぎないホテルの規模ならではのサービスだった。
朝食もオーダー式でタペストリー、卵料理、麺類、デザート等全てが美味しかった。

Cons:

シャワールームに開け閉めできる扉がないので、水が外に溢れてしまう。ゴミ箱が浴室の一つしかないため、ベッドルームにもう一つ増やしてもらえると嬉しい。
