Excellent service for a reasonable price
Pros:

This was my second time I stayed at this hotel since my last summer vacation. This was a brief stay but still the energy of this hotel is amazing. And this energy is created by its staff and leadership. Their attitude, politeness, readiness to help in any matter make your stay unforgettable. Surely, this is the best hotel in Cappadocia if you want calmness, relaxation. And speaking about relaxation, I cannot pass by not mentioning the pool and the garden. Both are very clean, tidy and make you feel energized. I definitely recommend this facility to those who wants excellent service for a reasonable price.

Pros:

Though I was travelling for working purposes, the kindness, the readyness of the staff to help in any matter, the atmosphere at the hotel made me want to come here once again. this time for leisure purposes. The hotel was very clean, comfy and the food was very tasty. Especially, I'd like to mention newly opened Kebabi restaurant at the hotel's pool. Generally, Suhan hotel deserves all 10 points here.

Top class hotel
Pros:

This is the not the first time I am stayin here and still the hotel meets all my expectations: friendly staff and the boss whom you would never say a boss. Very helpful and a top gun guy is Ismet efendi. Whenever I come to Cappadocia I will always stay here.

Suhan Kapadokya Hotel’de kısa bir konaklama yaptım ve oldukça memnun kaldım. Oda temiz ve rahattı, personel her konuda yardımcı oldu.

Otelin içinde yer alan Kebabi Restoranı ise gerçek bir sürpriz oldu. Menüdeki yöresel lezzetler çok başarılıydı; özellikle et yemekleri hem sunum hem tat olarak beklentimin üzerindeydi. Servis hızlıydı ve ortam da oldukça şık.

Konaklama ile birlikte kaliteli bir yemek deneyimi yaşamak isteyenlere rahatlıkla öneririm.

Suhan Cappadocia Hotel & Spa’da konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Odamız temiz, geniş ve oldukça rahattı. Personelin ilgisi ve otelin genel atmosferi konaklamayı daha keyifli hale getirdi.

Otelin içinde yer alan Kebabi Restoran ise ayrı bir deneyimdi. Yemekler özenle hazırlanmış, lezzetler yerel dokunuşlarla gerçekten çok başarılıydı. Sunumlar şıktı, servis ekibi de oldukça profesyoneldi.

Hem oteli hem de bu güzel restoranı deneyimlemek bizim için büyük bir artı oldu. Kapadokya’ya gelecek misafirlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

A Wonderful Stay in Cappadocia
Pros:

I stayed at Suhan during my recent visit to Avanos, and it was an excellent experience overall. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout my stay.

My room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities — especially the spa and swimming pool — were great places to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Breakfast was rich in variety and taste, offering both local and international options. The restaurant staff were polite and provided quick service.

The location is also perfect, close to the main attractions of Cappadocia yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful rest.

Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-managed hotel that I’d definitely recommend to both business and leisure travelers. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Cappadocia.

Ancient city with old hotel
Pros:

The size of the room was great they had upgraded us so it was nice breakfast was of good standard

Cons:

They said swimming pool is free from 2 to 6 but then we find out only the outdoor pool is free which was freezing they charged us 10£$€ to use it
Also the room had bed bug bites I saw one drinking my blood on my thigh
The air-conditioning didn't work properly came to fix it but No improvement we just tolerated the temperature

Highly recommended hotel in Cappadocia
Pros:

Everything was perfect. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and the staff made everything to add more positiveness to my stay. The receptionists were very polite, calm and tried to help in every matter. There was no questions they replied 'sorry, we can't do this'. True professionals and very nice people. The same I can say about waitersm bartenders and cleaning workers. Also I need to mention the boss Ismet Turker, who was always near to cheer his employees and help the guests when needed. I highly recommend this place which also has nice pool and very tide and relaxing garden.

Kapadokya’da Keyifli Bir Konaklama Deneyimi

Geçtiğimiz ay Kapadokya ziyaretimde bu otelde bir gece konaklama fırsatım oldu. Daha otele adım atar atmaz geniş ve ferah lobisi, güler yüzlü resepsiyon ekibi ve hızlı check-in süreci ile olumlu bir izlenim bıraktı.

Odamız oldukça geniş, temiz ve ferah bir şekilde hazırlanmıştı. Yatakların konforu üst seviyedeydi, odada ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz tüm detaylar düşünülmüştü. Banyoda hijyen konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Balkonumuzdan görünen manzara ise konaklamamıza ayrı bir güzellik kattı.

Yemek deneyimi de gayet tatmin ediciydi. Akşam yemeğinde açık büfede hem yöresel hem de uluslararası tatlardan birçok seçenek vardı. Yemeklerin lezzeti ve çeşitliliği beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Sabah kahvaltısı ise çok zengin ve kaliteli ürünlerden oluşuyordu. Özellikle taze ekmekler ve yerel peynir çeşitleri çok beğenildi.

Otelin spa ve havuz imkanları da konaklamamızı daha keyifli hale getirdi. Spa bölümünde rahatlatıcı bir atmosfer vardı ve hijyen gayet başarılıydı. Günün yorgunluğunu burada atmak bizim için büyük bir artı oldu.

Konum açısından da oldukça avantajlı bir yerde bulunuyor. Avanos’un merkezine yakın olması sayesinde bölgeyi gezmek ve Kapadokya’nın tarihi güzelliklerini keşfetmek kolay oldu.

Genel olarak, personelin güler yüzü ve yardımseverliği, otelin temizliği ve sunduğu imkanlar bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti.

Suhan Kapadokya Hotel & Spa’da bir gece konaklama fırsatım oldu. Otele ilk girişte oldukça geniş ve ferah bir lobiyle karşılandım. Resepsiyon ekibi son derece güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Hızlı check-in süreci sayesinde kısa sürede odamıza geçtik.

Odamız geniş, temiz ve konforluydu. Özellikle yatağın rahatlığı ve banyonun hijyeni dikkatimi çekti. Balkondan Kızılırmak manzarasını görmek çok keyifliydi. Akşam yemeği için otelin restoranını tercih ettik; hem yöresel hem de uluslararası mutfaktan seçenekler vardı. Açık büfe oldukça zengin ve yemeklerin lezzeti beklentilerimin üzerindeydi.

Sabah kahvaltısı da çok başarılıydı. Taze ürünler, bol çeşit ve hızlı servis sayesinde güne enerjik başladık. Spa ve havuz alanı temiz, bakımlı ve dinlendirici bir atmosfere sahipti. Özellikle uzun bir günün ardından spa hizmetleri çok iyi geldi.

Otelin konumu da Avanos’un merkezine yakın olduğu için bölgeyi keşfetmek açısından oldukça avantajlı. Kapadokya’daki turistik noktalara kısa sürede ulaşabiliyorsunuz.

Genel olarak hem iş hem de tatil amaçlı seyahat edenler için uygun bir otel olduğunu düşünüyorum. Güler yüzlü personeli, geniş imkanları ve kaliteli hizmetiyle tekrar gelmek isterim.

Nooit meer, smerig en luidruchtig
Cons:

Smerig hotel, overal haren en restant eten en gehorige kamer. Zelfs na 1e overnachting wordt er niet gedweild en moet je vragen om schone handdoeken en water. Gehorigheid is vreselijk. Het is een doorreis hotel. Mensen komen alleen voor de ballonvaart, die vreselijk duur is. Mensen staan 4.30 uur in de hal te schreeuwen of komen in de nacht aan. Receptie dient als wekker, je hoort in de kamers de telefoon afgaan om mensen te wekken. Bij het zwembad krijg je gebruikte handdoeken waar vlokken tussen zitten. En je dient voor binnenzwembad een badmuts te gebruiken. Dat is zogenaamd voor hygiëne terwijl het hotel smerig is. Buitenzwembad steenkoud. Muziek super luid. De prijzen zijn vreselijk duur en het eten vult niet eens. Het ontbijt is 1 grote massa vreetschuur. Je hebt maar 1 soort droog brood en mensen vallen over elkaar heen om eten te pakken. Ontbijt kost 30 euro! In de kast hadden we een extra kussen gepakt die onder haren zat. Douche was ook drama, douchekop functioneert niet, hele badkamer nat, lekkage overal. De 2e nacht zijn we weer wakker geworden door de telefoons die afgingen en gasten die op de hal luidruchtig waren. Helemaal klaar mee, zijn uiteindelijk 5 uur opgestaan en half 6 vertrokken. Nooit meer. Massa toerisme, egoïstisch. Foto’s hotel op booking komen niet overeen met werkelijkheid. De kamers zijn super klein, ze stinken, vermoedelijk roken mensen op de kamer of hebben er gerookt. In de douche kan je amper staan zo klein is het

The location, the staff, the price.
Pros:

I liked the attitude of the staff. The employees are perfect. The owner Ismet efendi is a great personality, very kind to his workers and guests. The receptionists Selim, Nur, Hudanur, Minenur, bartenders and waiters very polite, helpful and ready to assist at any issue.

The location of the hotel is also perfect. It is in quiet location near the river and within 10 min walk to the city center, bus station and museum.

It is also perfect option in terms of money/value. The hotel provides all the services you expect for the very affordable price. Very recommended for those, who travel with family.
