Good facilties but definitely not 5 stars
Pros:

Comfortable beds and nice rooms. We really enjoyed the pools and garden. The place is beautiful. They have a small playground and a kids pool which was great with kids. The hotel also has a small gym. Location is good and there was free parking. With better service, I would rate it much higher.

Cons:

The service was pretty terrible. Most members of the staff did not speak English and would just ignore us, not even say hello.

The receptionist told us that the indoor pool and gym are free for hotel guests. When entering the indoor pool an employee there came to demand us for 10 euros per person and did not believe when we said that the reception told us that it’s free for hotel guests. Another employee interviened and then we got in. They seem to have poor communication within the staff.

There is a sign that the outdoor pool is open until 19.00. At 18.10 I came to the pool and wanted to take a towel. An employee took the basket from under my nose and spoke something to me in turkish in an angry voice. In 20 minute he brought a sign ”no swimming” and closed the pool. I guess he didn’t know English to tell me that they are closing early.

They have a dinner buffet and we went down and asked to see what they are serving since the menu was only in Turkish. The hostess barely spoke any English and would not let me in to see what they were serving without paying first. She seemed angry and just spoke turkish. We decided to pay and go in then, but we thought the quality of the food was not good. They had allergy signs for most of the dishes, which were great, but when I asked about a dishes that didnt have it, the staff did not know and they would not go to check from the kitchen.

The staff at the reception was nice though.

Empfehlenswert für unkomplizierte Reisende
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und abwechselungsreich. Die Lokation des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut, alle Hightlights der Region sind sehr gut erreichbar. SPA Bereich mit grossen Massagenangebot war auch ok . Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist die Unterkunft auf Jedenfall empfehlenswert, besonderes für weniger anspruchsvolle Touristen.

Cons:

Badezimmer Armaturen teilweise lose. In einem unserer Zimmer ist nach jeder Dusche das Wasser im ganzen Bad ausgelaufen (was mehrmals der Rezeption gemeldet wurde), es wurde jedesmal sauber gemacht aber während des 1-wöchigen Aufenthaltes leider nicht behoben.

Avanosun en güzel oteli
Pros:

Her şey harikaydı. Otel çok temizdi, personel son derece güler yüzlüydü ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya hazırdı. Restorandaki yemekler hem lezzetli hem de oldukça çeşitliydi. Otelin nehir kenarında bulunması ise bu güzel yere ayrı bir romantik atmosfer katıyordu. 5/5

Big 5 to this hotel
Pros:

I once again stayed at this hotel and will do so every time I visit Avanos and surroundings. Every time I stay here I am greeted with smile and positiveness from the the employees. They do everything to make your stay unforgettable and comfortable.

Cons:

There is no such thing.

Pros:

L’emplacement était bien pour se rendre dans les lieux touristiques de la région.

Le parking est un grand avantage.

Le starbucks est cool

Cons:

Premièrement, le personnel de l’hôtel n’est pas très chaleureux ni accueillant notamment celui du restaurant et celui du ménage. Les réceptionnistes sont assez gentils mais ne parlent pas anglais.

Deuxièmement, le petit déjeuner est catastrophique. Les aliments disposés datent par moment de la veille. Le dîner reste correct pour le prix (environ 15€).

La robinetterie de la salle de bain était rouillée et mal fixée dans une chambre (à refaire !). La lumière du couloir ne fonctionne pas tout le temps. La penderie était cassée….

C’est un hôtel de transit pour une nuit.

L’hôtel a besoin d’être rénové.
Ce n’est pas du tout le niveau d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Prima, aardig personeel, goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding.

Personeel is heel aardig en behulpzaam. Prijs kwaliteitverhouding is prima. De kamers zijn wel gehorig.
De heer Ismet Turker, general coördinator, houdt zich persoonlijk bezig met klanten en zorgt dat zij naar hun zin hebben, proficiat!

Excellent service for a reasonable price
Pros:

This was my second time I stayed at this hotel since my last summer vacation. This was a brief stay but still the energy of this hotel is amazing. And this energy is created by its staff and leadership. Their attitude, politeness, readiness to help in any matter make your stay unforgettable. Surely, this is the best hotel in Cappadocia if you want calmness, relaxation. And speaking about relaxation, I cannot pass by not mentioning the pool and the garden. Both are very clean, tidy and make you feel energized. I definitely recommend this facility to those who wants excellent service for a reasonable price.

Pros:

Though I was travelling for working purposes, the kindness, the readyness of the staff to help in any matter, the atmosphere at the hotel made me want to come here once again. this time for leisure purposes. The hotel was very clean, comfy and the food was very tasty. Especially, I'd like to mention newly opened Kebabi restaurant at the hotel's pool. Generally, Suhan hotel deserves all 10 points here.

Top class hotel
Pros:

This is the not the first time I am stayin here and still the hotel meets all my expectations: friendly staff and the boss whom you would never say a boss. Very helpful and a top gun guy is Ismet efendi. Whenever I come to Cappadocia I will always stay here.

Cons:

There is nothing that you would not like.

Suhan Kapadokya Hotel’de kısa bir konaklama yaptım ve oldukça memnun kaldım. Oda temiz ve rahattı, personel her konuda yardımcı oldu.

Otelin içinde yer alan Kebabi Restoranı ise gerçek bir sürpriz oldu. Menüdeki yöresel lezzetler çok başarılıydı; özellikle et yemekleri hem sunum hem tat olarak beklentimin üzerindeydi. Servis hızlıydı ve ortam da oldukça şık.

Konaklama ile birlikte kaliteli bir yemek deneyimi yaşamak isteyenlere rahatlıkla öneririm.

Pros:

Suhan Cappadocia Hotel & Spa’da konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Odamız temiz, geniş ve oldukça rahattı. Personelin ilgisi ve otelin genel atmosferi konaklamayı daha keyifli hale getirdi.

Otelin içinde yer alan Kebabi Restoran ise ayrı bir deneyimdi. Yemekler özenle hazırlanmış, lezzetler yerel dokunuşlarla gerçekten çok başarılıydı. Sunumlar şıktı, servis ekibi de oldukça profesyoneldi.

Hem oteli hem de bu güzel restoranı deneyimlemek bizim için büyük bir artı oldu. Kapadokya’ya gelecek misafirlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
