Salvo por el papel higiénico, el resto bien

Hotel reformado, bien ubicado y personal muy atento. Desayuno bueno.

Cons:

No repusieron el papel higiénico y nos faltó. Habitualmente, además del que está en uso suele haber otro de repuesto pero en nuestro caso no fue asi. Dos noches, tres personas, y solo dispusimos del que estaba al uso.

LA UBICACIÓN DEL HOTEL

Cons:

No comprendo como en el tiempo que estamos, un hotel de 4 estrellas no tenga un regulador de la temperatura para poder si hace calor como nos ha pasado estos días, de poder poner el aire condicionado.
Se dijo en recepción y no contestaron que en febrero lo normal era que hiera frio.
4 días pasando un calor insoportablepor que en la habitación no se podía apagado la calefapcion.

Me extrañó el calor excesivo de la noche. No funcionaba el termostato. Era febrero y tuvimos que abrir la ventana de noche. Convendría que lo revisaran
