The property is contemporary, clean, good parking and in an excellent location.
Pros:

The location of the property was excellent for us - we wanted to walk some Thames Path, shop at Kingston and also go up to Tate Britain for an exhibition. The property is contemporary, spacious, has good storage in the kitchen and bedroom, free parking outside the property, a lovely cafe opposite the property and the sound proofing was excellent (couldn't hear the traffic outside).

Cons:

It took a long time to warm up the property. Eventually, the lounge was cosy, but only if the bedroom door was shut. The bedroom and bathroom, although heated, were cold at night. The flooring is laminate, so that probably didn't help with heat retention. We were the only people staying at the property, so we think it is more a high season place to stay and the heating had not been on for a while. We had to phone the manager to get the WiFi password - there wasn't any property instructions (the manager said there should have been). We were disappointed that the TV didn't have an HDMI outlet for us to connect our laptop to, but a small thing.

Liongate Mews excellent location and facilities. Very handy for H Court Garden Festival.
Pros:

Well located, including for the local cafe, nearby restaurant and the Hampton Court Garden Festival. Well-appointed unit with all necessary facilities, including safe parking. Liongate cafe really nice & roomy; good food choice - La Fiamma Italian (2 min walk) brilliant food and with views onto Bushy Park.

Very comfortable and great location
Pros:

Attending my cousins funeral in Kingston so excellent location and visited Hampton Court Palace the next day. Very comfortable and great hot shower. Their Cafe opposite was very welcome too for coffee and croissant. Nice to walk in Bushy Park too before the rain started.

Cons:

Seemed to be only apartment without Christmas wreath on the door which was a shame. Toilet door swollen so hard to close and handle coming away from the wood. Just needs maintenance but would not stop us recommending this place.

No duvet for the sofa bed. A used condom left under the sofa cushions and no reply from the manager when we called to ask for a duvet

Great location and value for money. Super clean.
Pros:

I have recently had 3 stays at The Lion Gate Mews and I can't recommend it highly enough. Spotlessly clean, warm, and very comfortable beds. Mark, the Manager, could not have been more accommodating and was super helpful. I have already been recommending The Lion Gate to friends and family.

Great location
Pros:

The location to the palace was very convenient and allowed us to do a lot more than normal. There are parks on all sides to explore, and a bus stop is very close. The kitchenette is super helpful for saving money on food, although finding a grocery store takes a bit of a trek. One night as we were cooking, my husband burned some butter and the fire alarm went off in the whole complex. The owner was sooo nice about it, saying how the smoke detector is sensitive, but I think it's just doing its job.

Cons:

The walls were pretty thin....if you have active neighbors you can hear everything.
