Breakfast very good, location is amazing, 3 mins to bull ring and 3 mins walk other way to coach station direct to Heathrow, rooms very big compared to UK size, snd also used the gym

Use hotels.com a lot so was given a free upgrade- kitchens are alwasy clean and well equiped. Bed comfy and linens clean.

Clean room and private

the area is somewhat run down, at times quite dirty and a bit shady. the studio was good. The lotion device next to the shower was broken? the empty lotion bottle could not be removed. we were provided with a new bottle sitting on the floor as no other place to put it. The TV consistently stopped after 10-15 min for no reason. We were required to leave a deposit as warranty on arrival, we were not aware of rhis requirement. We were informed on arrival no cleaning at all as we were only staying for 7 nights. Overall not bad but not ideal

Convenient location. Frustratingly the hotel was doing works on their water system so there was no water for a period of time at night, but this was not mentioned at the time of booking.

The staff at Adagio are excellent! Linda was exceptional; she went out of her way to help for a medical issue (not overly serious) and when working always attended to every request. Linda is the standard all others should be measured against. Truly exceptional! The property was very quiet, the room was more that adequate, utensils, hob, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher was everything you needed and a toaster was available from the front office. The only negative for us was the firmness of the bed. It was way too firm.

Great central location, very helpful staff, comfortable bed and clean, well-equipped studio. Luggage storage seems a basic function - but miserable Travelodge don't offer it, so it felt like a bonus here. Only downside is that street noise can be noticeable with windows open (but there's air-conditioning anyway).

Easy to walk to shopping centre, good size room for family to stay

Stones throw from bullring shopping centre. Very friendly service. Room was modern and clean with a fully equipped kitchen.

Well equipped apartment in a central location for shopping and dining out. Slight issue on check in when we were allocated a room that was already occupied. After two trips back to reception we were allocated another room. Overall satisfied with accommodation for the price paid.

Property was good...

Absolutely impeccable service from Adagio from every single member of staff I encountered. Very friendly ambience. In particular, Andrew on reception was exceptional. Every request I had, he fulfilled to the highest standard. He is always happy to help with anything you need to make your stay more satisfying. I also appreciated the other gentleman who delivered towels to my room. The apartment/hotel room itself exceeded my expectations. The room was so much more spacious than I imagined. I enjoyed the layout of the room and all the lights available as I prefer well lit rooms. Very clean and modern with large windows allowing lots of natural light. The blackout curtains truly block out every inch of light to give you a well rested deep sleep. The way the staff put customers first and care about their service definitely makes me want to return on my next visit to Birmingham. Thank you so much.

Insufficient staff at the desk at checkout. I had to just leave my door keys and go as I had a train to catch

Walking to distance to the bullring, digbeth coach station, bus stop right outside. These factors made getting around easy and shopping and dining in walking distance. Ideal! Room was clean and spacious. Daily housekeeping isn't done but you have access to new towels and toiletries. Will stay again.
