Nice hotel with good rooms and comfy bed close enough to city center
Pros:

Really nice spacious rooms, and decent breakfast - the team for breakfast staff was super nice as well! Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The location is decent; a tad bit off the main track but since my main activities were in Eigelstein, it was perfect.

Cons:

Nothing I really disliked. It was all good to me!

Pros:

Trotz zentraler Lage war es abends sehr ruhig. Gut war auch, dass das Zimmer sich durch die Vorhänge sehr gut abdunkrln ließ.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist ok, allerdings etwas spärlich.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Lage ist super. Mann ist schnell am Dom und in der City.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.
Würde definitiv wieder kommen.

Cons:

It’s clearly stated that reception is only from 8 am- 3pm. So if there will be concerns that arise, you get answer from them on their opening hours. Sound isolation from rooms could have been better.

Great and comfortable for sure!
Pros:

Excellent day! The location is phenomenal a few minutes walk from the cathedral and the train station and other sites too. Very comfortable, super functional great breakfast, etc. there is a web app for check-in and entering the property that guests should carefully look at to avoid any confusion. I would happily stay here again!!

Das Hotel war für uns optimal - Köln erkunden und am nächsten Tag auf Flusskreuzfahrt
Pros:

Die Damen am Emfang und im Frühstücksraum waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Durch online check-in konnten sämtliche Formalitäten im Vorfeld erledigt werden. Centrum und Rhein in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir konnten die Koffer noch am nächsten Tag zwischenlagern.

Cons:

Stönen auf hohem Niveau - der Bereich "Toilette" könnte etwas größer sein (Dusche ist sehr groß) - und für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre etwas Schrankfläche schön (Zimmer 21)

Recomendo a estadia!
Pros:

O quarto muito bom, cama confortável, bem limpo e de um bom tamanho. O café da manhã também muito bom, mas o ponto alto do hotel é a localização mesmo. Muito próximo da Catedral e estação de trem. Equipe bem solícita e falam Inglês.

Cons:

O café da manhã é muito bom, só poderia ter um pouco mais de opções.

Pros:

This small hotel was in an excellent location. Just 2 blocks from the Rhine River and just a 5 minute walk to the train station and Cathedral. The bed was super comfortable and it was very quiet at night. In a lovely historic building but with modern amenities, and a great breakfast!
