Все хорошо прошло
Pros:

Приятно, что есть возможность раннего заезда и позднего выезда за небольшую доплату. Для нас это было очень важно, так как самолет туда и обратно был в ночь.

Также мы оценили ресторан на первом этаже. Конечно еду пришлось ждать долго, но зато она была вкусной и недорогой.

Прекрасное местоположение!
Рядом продуктовый магазин, отличное кафе Столичная трапеза, в пешей доступности посольство США, парки, ТЦ, достопримечательности!
Вкусные завтраки, приятный бар, и отдельное спасибо персоналу - замечательные сотрудники!
Вежливые, улыбчивые, доброжелательные! Спасибо большое за отличное пребывание в Астане!
Брали два номера: стандарт с раздельными кроватями и чуть выше категории с двуспальной кроватью. Стандарт немного темноват, но это не критично, если туда приходить только отдыхать, а второй номер - просторный с прекрасным видом, светлый, есть чайник, кофе, чай, тапочки, халаты, все принадлежности для умывания! Кровати удобные, все чистенько!
Предоставили возможность позднего выезда без доп.платы, за что отдельное спасибо!!!!

Отличный отель с хорошим местоположением.
Pros:

Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. В номере чисто, хотя полотенца пора обновить. Хороший WiFi. Хороший завтрак. Разнообразное меню на обед/ужин. Могут приготовить что-либо по персональному запросу.

Cons:

Мало вешалок на вешалке. В чайнике налёт от воды.
