Slaba komunikacja w języku angielskim z personelem w dniu przyjęcia. Problemy z zaparkowaniem samochodu w garażu. Zgłoszenie niewlaściwego korzystania z miejsc parkingowych przez innego klienta pozostalo bez żadnej reakcji ze strony personelu. Jeden ręcznik na dwie osoby zameldowane w pokoju to zbyt mało, żeby higienę ocenić wysoko. Stosunek ceny do jakości w tym zestawieniu, wypada niekorzystnie.

Notre chambre (221) était vieillotte et donnait sur une rue très passante de Nevers. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenetre pour dormir. Contrairement a ce qu'il était indiqué sur internet, il n'y avait pas de climatisation dans la chambre, juste un ventilateur bruyant. Le garage de l'hôtel est minuscule et archaïque. Salle de pdj en sous sol...Nous ne reviendrons pas.
