Great service, great view
Pros:

Great staff - they helped us with many things. The Trentino guest card provided allowed us to see many things for free. Great view into the valley, great breakfast, great spa to relax, AC in the room.

Cons:

It's a little difficult to reach the hotel by foot from the city center (recommend bus or by own car).

Skvělá lokalita s nedalekou vzdáleností od centra města.

Cons:

Přes booking jsme měli mít rezervaci 2x pokoj se dvěmi manželskými postelemi. Oba pokoje byly pouze s jednou manželskou postelí a dvěma přistýlkami. V potvrzovacím mailu tato změna nebyla uvedena. Neuklizený pokoj včetně chodby s rozbitými světly. Snídaně jednoduchá bez zeleniny atd.

Äußerst liebes Personal am Empfang. Uns wurde am Abend nach der Ankunft noch eine Pizza vom örtlichen Lieferservice bestellt, sodass wir nicht nochmal los mussten.Die Getränke gab es gekühlt vor Ort. So hatten wir einen sehr entspannten Abend nach der Autofahrt.

Hotel tranquilo y buen servicio y personal.
Pros:

En general bien.

Cons:

La ubicación, sabiendo que elegimos algo a las afueras,pero al no conocer inicialmente l ciudad,y estar en una falda de montaña,rodeado de carreteras...pero te explican muy bien como ir a la ciudad y al final en 25 min estás en pleno centro de Trento.

Pros:

Sabrina was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The property is located next to a busy road, so traffic noise from passing cars is quite noticeable.

The breakfast should be more varied.

The toilet cistern is apparently clogged with limescale inside, so after flushing, you have to wait more than five minutes before you can flush again.

Very messy and disorganised
Pros:

The only staff member we saw was very kind at the check in and tried to help us with suggestions for things to do in the city.

Cons:

Breakfast very simple and with dry and rotten oranges in the fruit basket.
As soon as we arrive to the hotel and did the check in we went straight to our room to shower. While my partner was in the shower and I was in underwear waiting in bed the staff member just opened the door without even knocking. How is this possible only 5min after giving us the key and knowing this room was taken?
Lightning in the bathroom was insufficient and the light in the bedroom was hanging precariously by the electricity cables.
Bathroom had a big hole on the wall, the seat of the toilet wasn’t even stable and the bathroom shower and sink had multiple points of rust.
We were out of hand soap and we needed to use the shower one which was also hand soap.
In the bedroom we also had multiple spots of mold on the walls and the TV had no channels with reception.
Very fast and direct bus to the hotel (each half a hour) but direct to an exit from the highway with a short and dangerous walk around the road without a foot path.
This room really didn’t match the expectations of what we saw on booking maybe because it was one of the rooms located in the old part of the house and the hotel only takes pictures of the new/renovated ones.
