Die Rezeptionistin (Pamela) war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich um alles bemüht.
Obwohl sie erst so kurz für die Unterkunft gearbeitet hat, hatte sie doch einige gute Tipps.
Schade, dass das Toastbrot für das Frühstück aus war.

Einfach alles, die hervorragende Lage oberhalb von Trento (man sollte schon gut zu Fuß sein), die schönen Zimmer… alles stimmig

Spazi comuni curati e puliti, organizzazione check in fuori orario eccellente,colazione varia ed abbondante,accoglienza top

Cons:

Purtroppo la camera non era curatissima,asciugacapelli su un panchetto con supporto a muro rotto,doccia scrostata,letto matrimoniale con due piumini separati piegati a fondo letto.

The place is nice, with great view on the whole city, correct breakfast,..Sabrina is very kind host, she helped us whenever we needed some information and advice. We are satisfy with this accommodation

Cons:

Everything was ok, but only one information that could help to other customers - hotel is near the city, but on the hill, so it could be little bit hard to walk from the city back to the hotel.
