When it is weekend, too many people using the passenger lift it is very difficult to use it and becoming inconvenient to hotel guests. There should be one passenger lift allocated only for the hotel guests and a separate lift for the bar goers.

Pros:

I am disappointed with the condition of the shower in my room. The very first time I tried to use it, no water was coming out. I immediately called the maintenance team, and a technician came to check the issue. However, he was unable to fix the problem and left, saying he would return. Unfortunately, he never came back, and the issue remains unresolved.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be attended to as soon as possible, as it is causing significant inconvenience.

Cons:

I am not satisfied with the flooring finish. The tiled flooring does not provide the level of comfort and elegance expected. Carpeted flooring would significantly enhance the overall comfort, appearance, and living experience within the room. I would recommend considering this improvement in future room upgrades.
