Miła i pomocna obsługa. Bardzo dobry standard, czysto!
Pros:

Czysty i zadbany obiekt. Bardzo miła obsługa! Nie było problemu z późnym zameldowaniem. Hotel rezerwowałam po 23 i po dotarciu przed północą czekał na mnie czysty pokój z kawą i herbatą. Bardzo polecam!

Great place really. I will re stay whenever I go.
Pros:

Excellent lady staff for day. For night the man wasnt upto the mark really. Excellent breakfast - best in all of Indonesia really. Me and my family really enjoyed the food and the beds. The coffee was also great. Masha ALLAH.

There was no gym really.

Why no gym for such an expensive hotel?

Pros:

All good, clean comfortable no issues

Cons:

Only a small issue but the staff need to be trained to make coffee properly It was weak and tepid but that is not a real big issue.

Good place near exchanges
Pros:

The location was good, close to the Harmony bus station, and with a short walk you could reach several money exchange offices. Room cleanliness was average, and the staff behavior was good.
