Disappointing, our granddaughter is very important to us and she was disappointed .
Pros:

Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The pool was so cloudy you couldn't even see the steps to get in the pool. We bring our granddaughter with us . She is 13 years old. We had to take her somewhere else to swim, it cost us 30.00. We will be looking for another place to stay this fall.

I was told to ask for early check in the day of arrival. There was no one at your front desk. The housekeeper messaged someone on the phone and he told her to tell mw early check in was not possible. I felt that was unprofessional. I wondered if he didn't want to be bothered.

We would come back but things need to be sharper. Staff needs to be more attentive.

Room was good. Bed was too hard. We like a softer mattress.

Cons:

Softer mattress. Breakfast was not well staffed. There was no coffee for a long period of time. And then it was not good. Had to wait two or three times for someone to come to the front desk
