New, modern hotel that was very clean and good value.
Pros:

New, modern hotel that was very clean with comfortable beds. Nice, quiet location not far from town. Valuable amenities included in good price.

Cons:

Thin walls for a newer hotel so could hear people in room above and water running. Recommend alternating room assignments so no one is directly above or next door to a guests’ room for a quieter stay.

Pros:

Our tv did not work so receptionist moved us to a different room.

Cons:

The next morning I watched two customers wait and wait and wait for service. I also heard:saw a guy talking to kitchen staff. Then I noticed he was the desk receptionist. One customer left with no help, the other, I don’t know what he did.

Breakfast was very good.
Pros:

Location, breakfast. We had 3 rooms and arrived an hour early. We were able to sit in the lobby and watch the IU game.
Unfortunately this created a very long line and made the check in process very slow and caused delays in getting all of us to our rooms and dinner reservations and to the concert we were attending.

Small breakfast area, not enough seating, our room AC was set to auto and the thermostat wouldnt allow changes to therefore our room was too warm.
