O quarto tem um bom espaço, é bem equipado. A cama e o travesseiro não são muito bons, acho que mais de uma noite traria transtorno.

A localização é muito boa.

Cons:

A limpeza dos quartos e o vazamento de água do box. Cada banho, molhava todo o banheiro. O hotel não tem toalha de rosto!

Olá! Gostaria de registrar alguns pontos sobre minha hospedagem, pois acredito que possam contribuir para a melhoria da experiência dos hóspedes.

1. Quarto 507: após o check-in, identificamos que a pia estava entupida e a TV não funcionava. Durante a madrugada, a pia começou a vazar e, pela manhã, o banheiro estava alagado. Solicitamos a troca de quarto e encontramos resistência inicialmente. Após falar com um supervisor, fomos transferidos para um quarto de categoria inferior, sem restituição da diferença de valor.

2. Estacionamento: no filtro de busca, seleciono a opção “estacionamento”. Seria importante informar claramente quando esse serviço é cobrado à parte, para que o cliente possa tomar sua decisão de forma mais transparente.

3. Quarto 1003 - Serviço de quarto: saímos antes das 10h e deixamos a TAG na porta e as toalhas no chão, conforme orientação do hotel. Ao retornarmos, nada havia sido feito: as toalhas não foram trocadas e a bandeja da refeição da noite anterior permanecia no quarto. Ao solicitar ajuda na recepção, fui informada de que não havia funcionários disponíveis para o serviço e que eu deveria buscar as toalhas. A postura da recepcionista foi bastante inadequada, chegando a dizer: “não tem funcionário para fazer serviço de quarto e eu não vou sair da recepção para fazer”.

Felizmente, posteriormente encontrei a funcionária Lizandra, que nos ajudou e resolveu a situação.
