According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. Cheiro forte de mofo nos corredores, creio que devido a não higienização dos carpetes da forma devida. O cheiro de mofo entra para os apartamentos.

Em 32 anos viajando pelo Brasil e mundo, eu nunca vi esse tipo de “serviço de arrumação”. Dois dias seguidos e foi assim que arrumaram cama. Box do banheiro tão cheio de lodo e gordura no chão que pedi para mudar de quarto.

Obrigando a tomar banho de chinelo. Colchões velhos já afundados. Fronhas velhas com as “bolinhas “ características”. Há muitos Íbis ótimo. Mas este é péssimo.
Fui extremamente desrespeitado pelos funcionários da empresa terceirizada que explora o serviço de garagem. Não me deixaram usar as bagas de PCD na área externa - disseram que elas somente para manobra -, e me deixaram na fila esperando, passando pessoas na minha frente até que reclamei e recebi ofensar por parte do segurança, principalmente. Isso ocorreu com a equipe que estava de serviço na noite do dia 25/03.
