Booked with hotels.command gave us the worst room. Accessible room at the first floor just behind the elevators.
Perfect for an early morning flight. The train shuttle was very convenient
Staff took 45 mins to check us in, looks like they did not know what they were doing. Staff were also not customers friendly.
The rooms are spacious and super clean. The staff friendly enough. Did not eat any meals, so no opinions on food offer.
The beds had a horrible plastic protector, once I took it out it was very comfortable. Good option as an airport hotel beause its right in front of the train, bus and airport shuttle station
The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant service was good. We enjoyed our stay. It was a good value.
This is the best deal for a CDG hotel. Our sixth time, and we’ve tried Marriott Suited (not convenient), Sheraton (faded glory), and Hilton, which must be avoided.
Over all Property is nice and clean. Bathrooms had no supplies, and tried to call every number to get bathroom amenities. To no avail after multiple tries. Just need more staff on during peak hours.

This is a super convenient hotel when needing to stay overnight and fly out early. It’s easy to get to the airport terminals via the airport tram and has seas at staff and comfortable rooms.
Nice quality hotel, quiet room spoiled by outrageous cost of food in restaurant, cleanliness issues in sports equipment, and costly upcharges.
Not a very welcoming staff, I was far not the only person not to know how to use the elevator ( card) or room lights. Staff was very nice mentioning extras but not helpful

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices which was perfect for our group. Dinner was excellent except for the rice which we had to send back as it was undercooked.
Second time staying there. It's always a good stay, easy to train into the airport.

We stayed at the hotel for an overnight as our flight was early out of cdg. The air-conditioner just didn't work and no windows to open to get some fresh air.we stayed up all night sweating, with a 20hr flight in the morning.
This was the perfect last stop before we flew home. I was very happy with the location by CDG.
The staff was not very helpful some more more pleasant than others, but in general, not very helpful. The hotel is very busy and chaotic with limited rooms were OK but still dingy.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience for our short overnight stay! Loved the amenities-indoor pool, sauna, robes in the room, wash clothes, bottled water, etc…more than we expected. The room didn’t cool as much as we had hoped, but we were still comfortable.
If you are not a member of their hotel frequent stay club they are only interested in charging you 10 euros per hour for early check in and forget about late check out, they will require you book another night even if you need a few extra hours. They tell you housekeeping cannot accommodate the late check out but I found it odd that they had a room ready if you wanted to pay full price for another night. My key was turned off at 10:45 even though check out was at 11 and had to go wait in line for staff to turn it back on when I got locked out of my room. Check in took about a 1/2 hour wait in line. Staff seem really unhappy to be working. The washroom had mould in the corner of the shower that was clearly not cleaned for while.
Rooms are just ok for an airport hotel.
