The hotel's location is excellent! 3 minutes' walk from Santa Maria Novella train station! The Duomo is within walking distance! There are two minimarkets, several restaurants, and cafes nearby. The staff was very pleasant and polite! Check-in was quick and easy! The room was exactly as described!
Extremely great location which is very near the train station. The hotel location was near all the tourist sites.
the toilet was pretty spacious but the shower area was really tiny and when showering, water keep flowing out of the wet area on to the dry area.

Hopefully early check ins could be confirmed a bit earlier. I was very nervous travelling to the city without knowing the result until coming there. But luckily it all worked out.
Nice room with a balcony. Quiet considering how close it is to the train station and busy area. Rooms were clean and tidy, minibar offerings were good, coffee and tea in room were also better than average. Very nice area and hotel, excellent staff and service. Breakfast was great and had a wide range of fruits, meats, cheeses, eggs, pancakes, etc. I had to try all the different croissants!
