There is currently no elevator, and all rooms located on floors 2-5 will be accessed by our stairwells. We thank you for your patience as we undergo repairs.
Construction on the hotel will be continuous during business hours, and guests are asked to use caution and not access construction areas at any time.
Our temporary Rental Office is located on the 3rd floor and can be reached by calling (239) 270-2115.
No moving trucks, campers, RVs, or construction equipment are allowed on the property.
Only one car is allowed per room in the car park, and parking passes must be always displayed in the rearview mirror.
There is currently no ground floor office, pool, or downstairs restrooms, no beach furniture for guest use.
No pets are allowed on the property.
We provide night security on-site from 7pm-7am for the safety of our guests.
Housekeeping service are provided every 3 days for all guests.
In-suite kitchenettes with full-size refrigerators, microwaves, stoves and dishwashers are available in every room.
Stacked washers and dryers are available in each suite for personal laundry use.
We are a nonsmoking, non-vaping hotel. Smoking/vaping is allowed in the outside Lanai, but not in the rooms. Thank you for being respectful to your fellow guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Die Ausrichtung unseres Zimmers war auf den Parkplatz und nicht auf den Strand gerichtet, obwohl wir die teuerste Option gewählt hatten!

Loved being able to wake up every morning and looking out at the beautiful water, beach and hearing the waves.
The elevator is very slow, but getting the key card to work to go up the stairs was also a little struggle at times too.
We had a great experience here, the staff was very friendly and always greater us with a smile. The room was great and we loved the balcony view. Would definitely stay gmhere again!

Great vacation, hotel is clean and view from room 302 was fantastic, beds were comfortable and there wasn’t anything I can think of that would’ve made it better! The grounds were clean and they had a small coffee and snack set up in the morning 7-10 with bear claws, juice, cereal , muffins , it was a nice touch! Beach was fantastic and they had floats, chairs and umbrellas! The pool area was also nice with plenty of chairs! Shout out to Annie, we interacted with her the most and she was the sweetest! Everyone else was great as well but I didn’t get all of their names. It was perfectly located in walking distance of everything! We had coffee every morning in the balcony and watched dolphins swim by! It was a great time and we will go back!

My son and I stayed here for two nights. Incredible location, close to everything that you need, such as the ocean, bars, restaurants. The view is second to none. The staff is absolutely amazing. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at the Edison Beach House! We only stayed two days, but wish we could have stayed two weeks. The location is absolutely perfect and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend The Edison Beach House to anyone traveling to Ft Myers Beach!
The location is great, right on the beach. Walking distance to shops, bars ect. Clean spacious apt style rooms fully stocked with everything you would need. Rooms were serviced daily. Price was fair, will visit again for sure.

Perfect location right on the seaside sand, yet walkable to restaurants and shops. Exceptional staff ensuring you have all you need for your stay. Accommodations comfortable and clean. Price more reasonable than others in the area. Will reserve again should we return to area.
If you're looking for someplace nice to stay on the beach, close to shops and restaurants, this is it. Everything you need is within walking distance. The heated pool is overlooking the beach. They keep things very clean inside and out and the breakfast area is well stocked every morning. My wife is a clean freak, and she was very satisfied. We will be back.
My wife and I have now stayed here a bunch of times over the last few years. WE LOVE IT. The rooms are very nice and there are several different room configurations. The rooms have balconies and you can see the beach. The pool area is nice and well kept. Staff are always busy and friendly. Overall we love our stays here and always look forward to returning for our vacations.

The breakfast was nice, staff was phenomenal, and loved how there were free beach chairs! Also really enjoyed the heated pool!
