El lugar es muy bonito y está en muy buenas condiciones, en este momento están con todas las medidas de seguridad por COVID.
El problema es que el dueño del establecimiento nos alquiló pero nunca se comunicó SOLANAS para informarles. Llegamos en la noche con un bebé y en recepción no tenían registro de ningún tipo, gracias a la aplicación teníamos la confirmación de la reserva y ellos empezaron a rastrear la misma. Estuvimos más de 1 hora esperando, para que finalmente apareciera un "intermediario" que tampoco estaba avisado por el dueño. Debido a esta falta de comunicación por parte del dueño del apartamento, no dio el tiempo para gestionar las reservas de diferentes prestaciones que tiene el complejo, por ejemplo, acceso a la Laguna Cristal.
Durante la estadía intentamos comunicarnos con el dueño por algunos temas, sin embargo no obtuvimos respuesta, solo se comunicó con el intermediario (y por ende con nosotros) por el tema pago.
Si bien en lineas generales estaba bien el apartamento, le falta un poco de mantenimiento y reposición de vajilla,

El apartamento estuvo bien en general aunque se nota que es solo para alquilar porque la cocina y sus utensilios son muy básicos.
El problema principal fue con la reservación ya que al llegar, el recepcionista, que no está al tanto de las reservas porque est fue hecha a través de la plataforma y el dueño, no estaba enterado de nada. Dos horas más tarde, nos enteramos que el dueño se había olvidado de notificar que la reserva se había hecho. Al final reconoció su error pero no tenía las 7 noches disponibles. Después de mucho presionar aceptó su responsabilidad y ofreció las últimas dos noches en un apartamento similar. Mal comienzo! Esto ocasiona un problema para los huéspedes ya que tienen que mudarse en el medio de la estadía.

Pros:

En general muy bueno!!! Excelente para filas con chicos!!! Lo único la limpieza solo era hacer la cama y arreglar el baño, pero no La Cocina, nos dimos cuenta muy tarde q no había detergente....recomendación podrían agregar un detergente chiquito para los huéspedes de este tipo de habitaciones.
