Cons:

The place was dirty! We checked in, and they demanded a $5 CASH ONLY deposit. This was never stated on anything. We got to the room trash on the bed. My brother took a showers water pressure was terrible and the water was spraying everywhere. We checked out an hour after checking in and we were told a refund would be issued. Nothing has been refunded. I also want the point out the place looks NOTHING like the pictures.

Place was dirty. They demanded a $5 cash only security deposit. Not mention anywhere in the booking information. When we opened our room there was trash on the bed. Room was non smoking and smelled like an ash tray. Shower curtain had orange yellow stains. Water pressure was awful. Water splashed everywhere. Was there for MAYBE one hour and checked out and booked another hotel. I would not recommend.

Should have been cheeper.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. The place is currently in remodel mode. Not my cup of tea. Front desk kid was very nice.

Cons:

Well, the TV didn't work once IT went off it was staying off. That sucked.

The roach in the bathroom made my stay horrible

Absolutely terrible experience — avoid this place!

I booked a non-smoking room at this property, but when I arrived, the room I was shown reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana. It was completely unacceptable, especially given that the booking clearly stated it was a non-smoking room.

The room was also filthy, poorly maintained, and to make things worse, I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. I have photos and videos to prove it.

When I raised my concerns at the front desk, the staff member agreed that the room was not acceptable and assured me that my booking would be cancelled at no charge. Based on that, I did not check in and found another place to stay.

Despite these assurances, the hotel charged me for the full stay. I’ve contacted them multiple times, directly and through the booking platform, and they refuse to issue a refund. This is dishonest and unacceptable.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this place — not only are the conditions terrible, but they also lie to guests and take your money even when you don’t stay. Total scam.
