Clean rooms, nice staff, very convenient place close to Roosevelt but not in town. The only issue is a couple rooms near the road are quite noisy. Other than that it's a nice place to stay.

Arrived after 9 pm and desk sent me welcome text and code to hotel room. It was nice to go right to room and not front desk. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Didn’t appreciate tv not having cable channels. Streaming only.

I normally shy away from motels, but this was probably the cleanest and nicest one I’ve ever stayed in. We slept so well because it was so quiet and the blackout curtains did an amazing job.

Feels Like Home—But Better!

Staying at CB&M Executive Suites truly feels like having our very own condo at a resort. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished—more like a home than a hotel. The huge pool and hot tub were the perfect way to unwind, and the free on-site laundry is a game changer for traveling families like ours.

The staff went above and beyond—super friendly and incredibly responsive to anything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests.

We absolutely love this place and will stay here every time we’re in Roosevelt. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a true home-away-from-home vibe!

It was very nice and comfy. The bed needed the mattress flipped. There was a big indent hole on the one side. The place could use some pest control lots of spiders and ants. Location was convenient. Pool was very nice and big enough to swim laps. There seemed to be a lot of unauthorized users at the pool though. The door had been propped open and lots vehicles with many children that didn’t seem to be staying there were using the pool. Other than that we quite enjoyed the time we spent there. We stayed two weeks. Our first week we were in room 101 and it was absolutely perfect. Comfy bed. The second week 110 and it could use a little attention bed, bugs, and dirty carpet.
