Cons:

Recepção totalmente desorganizada. Por volta de 1h da manhã, um homem entrou no meu quarto com o cartão fornecido pela recepção. Acordei assustada, fiquei nervosa e perdi o sono. Ao reclamar na recepção, informaram que no sistema o meu quarto constava “vazio”. Um absurdo!
