Solicitei previamente antecipação da minha entrada para 12h. Quando cheguei, tinham quartos da mesma categoria que reservei disponíveis, mesmo assim me cobraram mais de R$50 por essa antecipação.
Sei que esse tempo entre, a saída de um hóspede e a chegada de outro, é para a arrumação do quarto. Mas, se o quarto estava pronto, por que a cobrança?
