According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Toalhas velhas, rasgadas e manchadas. A porta do quarto agarrando, box do banheiro não fechava, não fornecem mantas adequadas a temperatura atual (pedimos na recepção) e estante inacabada dentro do quarto. Pelo preço que é cobrado deixou a desejar.

O checkin é uma coisa inexplicável. Fizemos k checkin online. Recebemos um email onde dizia que estava tudo ok e era so chegar la e pegar a chave. Chegamos por volta das 22:45 e esperamos mais de 30 minutos na fila normal. Mesmo estando com uma criança dormindo no sofá. Falamos com o recepcionista sobre já ter feito o check-in e ele disse que tinha que esperar igual aos outros. Terrível.
Sem contar o quarto minúsculo. O travesseiro é o pior que já usei na vida. Tudo ruim
