Its good because its close to everything
Parking is good but they should priority the guest, most of the time you will park further because the car park is full even they are not guest. The Premium Suit located where there is party on top floor, you can hear everything the sounds the table and chairs moving around and the people chatting. You will always get disturbed its not sound prood room.
Location is close to everything. Checking in and out is very easy. Room and facility is kept clean. Breakfast choices are great. Room service is amazing. Staff are exceptional.
It has its own very large parking area, which is a blessing in Dagupan, easy to find with good access roads in and out. Check in and out very quick and easy. Room average side if booking a normal double, but enough space for a long weekends luggage. Shower very good with full range of temp to suit anyone. Aircon was sufficient for size of room and kept room at temp required even on a hot Dagupan day.
Bed, although large and comfortable was incredibly squeaky, just getting into and out of bed must have given impression to neighbours of something else going on, very funny, but could have become annoying if staying longer than a weekend . Along with that, rooms not particularly sound proofed. Advice is take ear plugs
Breakfast has a lot of options and the location is in city proper.
Price is at the high side.

The staff there wasn’t properly trained to facilitate guests, especially at night. I arrived there around 10 p.m. and there was no one to greet me nor help me with my luggage. Reception is okay. The room is okay, a bit dark, the sheets are old, the bathroom is good but you could tell that they're not deep cleaning it because the bidet, faucets, and shower heads had a mineral build-up.
Big room
Noisy.our connecting room and the function beside our room made a lot of noise during our stay.
The staff were amazing. Very happy with their service. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Their restaurant, Cafe Feliz, is really great. The taste is great and the prices are reasonable. Wifi signal is strong. I was able to work.
If slippers or cups are needed, it can be requested. Parking is also easy and the hotel location is convenient.
No fridge but for the room cost, it is acceptable. Will definitely stay at this hotel when I go back to Dagupan.
