A very memorable experience
Pros:

The hotel is nearer to the shopping mall.. The staff are very friendly. They hangout with my husband and dad outside the hotel also talking about their culture.

Cons:

The Airconditioner in my room (310) needs to be servicing..cause it's not cool at all..it's warm..many times adjusting the temperature..but still the same

Pros:

It was great.. just a walk to the mall.. near an alfamart which is very convenient.. overall stay, it good if you're targeting going to the mall

Pros:

Only few steps to the mall..fantastic. The staff is friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom drain is clogged, the water is draining slowly and become dirty.
Also the cigarette smoke from the sidewalk can be detected up to the 5th floor since we stay facing to the front.

Cons:

The front desk staff not trained for the job. The way they breathe thru you. They never smile . The two guys there when I checked out didn’t even ask how was my stay or care to open yo door or offer any sort of help with my two luggage bags. Not worth the price bc of terrible attitude by staff..
