It was great.. just a walk to the mall.. near an alfamart which is very convenient.. overall stay, it good if you're targeting going to the mall

Only few steps to the mall..fantastic. The staff is friendly.
The bathroom drain is clogged, the water is draining slowly and become dirty.
Also the cigarette smoke from the sidewalk can be detected up to the 5th floor since we stay facing to the front.
Easy to go to the mall.

The front desk staff not trained for the job. The way they breathe thru you. They never smile . The two guys there when I checked out didn’t even ask how was my stay or care to open yo door or offer any sort of help with my two luggage bags. Not worth the price bc of terrible attitude by staff..

I would like to request iron board and iron provided each floor
The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊
