Lack of repair and maintenance.
Pros:

The hotel is good. Staff is very welcoming and the room had all the necessary facilities. The location of the hotel is excellent with lots of restaurants and markets nearby.

Cons:

The room was very small compared to what they showed in the picture. There was barely any space in front of the bed and sides. The wardrobe was very small. There was no proper housekeeping.

Pros:

Checked out a week ago and was satisfied from the friendly (female receptionist and housekeeping) staff to the room and the location was very accessible to roam around the Old Quarter. This last hotel we’ve been after almost 3weeks of travelling around Vietnam from South to North has been relaxing to end our memorable and unforgettable first time trip in Vietnam and will surely be back in the future

Pros:

De ligging middenin het oude centrum, alles op loopafstand. Het Hoan Kiem meer is wat verder, 15 minuten lopen.
Wij hadden een hele grote kamer met nieuwe badkamer. Altijd vriendelijk personeel die je willen helpen.

Cons:

Alle waar voor z’n geld, voor deze prijs prima, maar verwacht geen grote luxe.
Wat je nodig hebt. Wifi soms instabiel.

A good nights rest and close to attractions.
Pros:

The property is located in old quarter so is close (walking distance)to most major attractions. The front staff is wonderful - they are very well informed about tours, food recommendations and any questions you may have. They speak wonderful English so check in and out is a breeze. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing - keep up the good work!
