The hotel is very nice and excellent location. The valet parking worked well.


The only issue was, we and were travelling with my children. Be aware, it does not atate this anywhere on expedia, however YOU CANNOT use the lounge dyrung 6-8pm woth your cgoldren.booked a club loinge room,

The hotel facilities were good and the staff were pleasant. The only issue we had was the loudness of the music from the pool bar (and from the pool bar of the Marriot next door). We could hear it in the 24th floor it was so loud. Not exactly ideal at 10pm when you want to sleep.

Outstanding 5 star service.
Loved the friendly service. The direct link to the shopping centre was convenient given that it was over 45 degrees outside.

What an amazing hotel! The staff are absolutely outstanding and nothing is too much trouble. From our first impression of being greeted at the door, to being checked in by the very lovely Sahra, right through to friendly, professional, well presented restaurant, bar and cleaning staff, we knew this was going to be a great holiday - we were made to feel so very special and as a result had the best time!! We highly recommend!

Great location for all sight seeing and room was spacious and clean. Good linen/pillows on bed and room serviced daily.
Would have loved more tea choice in the room but very minor point.
Staff very helpful.
Great location attached to the mall for any last minute buys. Would definitely recommend.
