skvělá lokalita ve starém městě, každý večer jsme šli na procházku nádherně osvětlenými a vyzdobenými uličkami (začátek února, asi ponechaná vánoční výzdoba)

Pros:

I was very pleased with the hotel’s administrative staff. All employees were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and attentive to guests’ preferences — truly professional service.

Cons:

It was not a soundproof room, as conversations from the next room could be heard very clearly and loudly. I had reserved a non-smoking room; however, upon arrival I noticed a smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I later learned that there was a nearby balcony where smoking was permitted, which likely caused the issue.
