É stato un soggiorno davvero favoloso e consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel!
Pros:

Favoloso soggiorno! Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La reception è aperta 24 ore su 24 e tutto il personale è davvero cordiale, disponibile e sempre sorridente.
L’hotel si trova in piena Gran Vía, in una posizione davvero eccellente e super comoda per visitare Madrid e spostarsi in città.
Bellissimo anche il rooftop, molto curato e frequentato, che offre un’atmosfera davvero piacevole.
La pulizia delle camere è ottima e abbiamo trovato tutto molto ordinato e confortevole.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto, la piscina è piuttosto piccola e non molto intima, perché si trova all’ultimo piano, proprio nella zona del rooftop, quindi è accessibile anche agli ospiti che frequentano quest’area. Per questo motivo, purtroppo, non l’abbiamo utilizzata.
