- non c'è un bar o una zona dove poter trascorrere del tempo con amici fuori dalla stanza c'è solo il bar all' ultimo piano che è all' estero e in inverno non è il massimo

The price and the facilities of the hotel does not reflect the reality of the hotel facilities, for example, they don’t have LOB, they just have a small sofa where all the 13 floors, customers set, and the rooms very small and with a very, very basic need of any tourist, for example, if you need anything for the room, for example, cotton or toothbrush, you have to go down to the reception to pick it up

Pros:

The location was amazing. Subway, all shops and restaurants are there.

Cons:

I would say the room is not too big for two. No place to storage all your clothes, so we should have held them in our bags most of the time. Apart from that it's not so bad for 1-2 nights.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms very very nice and clean and did not seem like a normal hotel but more of a boutique hotel

Cons:

Only issue we had was the TV wouldn't turn off so it had to be unplugged but that was a minor inconvenience
