Great place where you feel most welcomed.
Pros:

Very well located, nice bedrooms and stylish hotel. Staff particularly nice and helpful. Very good insulation from outside & street noise.

Cons:

Tea & coffee are provided but not kettles, hot water is available on landing but not as convenient.

Μας άρεσε το προσωπικό , το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο και ευρύχωρο, οι παροχές του δωματίου και το design του. Πάνω από όλα η τοποθεσία είναι το δυνατότερο στοιχείο του ξενοδοχείου.

Cons:

Θα μπορούσε να ήταν ελάχιστα πιο καθαρό. Βρήκαμε σκόνη στο κομοδίνο του κρεβατιού και γενικά υπήρχε σκόνη σε κάποια σημεία. Ολα τα άλλα ήταν τέλεια

Top floor terrace is a must
Pros:

We loved the place and our cute room, staff members were very welcoming, gave us some advice on where to go for drinks and sunsets. Top-notch terrace, really enjoyed the view. Want to mention a steamer in the room, very useful.
Perfect location to travel around the city, lovely neighbourhood with plenty of food options right next to it, tube station in front the building was very convenient during rain.

Cons:

Something’s off with towels, all shedding, two looked pretty much torn, maybe just unlucky

Cons:

החדר קטן מאוד, המיטה קטנה ולא מתאימה לזוג. אין קומקום חשמלי בחדר. החלונות לא נפתחים, אין אוורור, רעש מהכביש. הצוות לא שירותי.

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
Propere kamer met aangename douche
Goed ontbijt met leuk zicht over Madrid

Cons:

Lawaai van de straat, top locatie om overal naar toe te vertrekken maar wel heel druk kruispunt. Moeten slapen met oordoppen

Pros:

Le restaurant le soir est très bon. La chambre est jolie et confortable. L’hôtel est bien situé. Il y a une belle vue depuis le rooftop.

Cons:

On entend beaucoup le bruit de la rue, et on voit beaucoup les lumières malgré les rideaux. L’évier de ma chambre fuyait.
Le restaurant n’est pas ouvert tout les soirs.
La piscine est petite. Je trouve que ça ne vaut pas le prix demandé.

Fantástico hotel que tiene todo, buen equipo, buena ubicación, mucha limpieza.
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, vistas desde nuestra habitación preciosas. Nos atendió Miriam en recepción muy atenta y simpática, nos ayudó en todo lo necesario. El resto del equipo también se veía muy atento y con mucha simpatía. Sin duda es un lugar para volver!
