Pool auf dem Dach. Wasser war nicht sauber. Sprudeldüsen defekt.
Su falta de empatia. Al final por un error mio pagué 6 noches donde utilice solo 3 y se negaron a devolver las otras 3. Por un error humano no te debieran Robar tu dinero.
Un gran hotel! Bien ubicado, con acceso muy facil al sistema de metro. El registro fue muy facil, ademas nos explicaron con gran detalle y nos dieron algunos tips para la ciudad
Las habitaciones son muy limpias y comodas.
El restaurante es muy agradable, con buenas vistas y buena variedad. Muchas gracias a Jorge por su cálida atención en restaurante y Beatriz en recepcion

Habitaciones muy frias y prohiben poner el aire caliente ,el gel esta mezclado con aceite corporal!!! Lo. Siento pero un asco, y encima mucho polvo y terraza sucia

Incredibly rude staff. We arrived with expensive road bikes (cycles) and the staff wouldn’t let us in, and told us we had to lock them up on the street. I asked if we could cancel and book somewhere else (we had only booked a few hours before, and there was no mention of a no-bikes policy on the website) and they said yes we could, but that there would be a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking price. In other words, their offer was to take both our money and the hotel room, leaving us with nothing. We had to call Booking.com customer service, who agreed with us that this was unacceptable, and enforced a full refund from the hotel, but we then got soaked in a rainstorm as we crossed Madrid to find alternative accommodation. Avoid this hotel, it’s terrible.
