Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Die Zimmer sind gross und sehr sauber. Wir haben ein gratis upgrade erhalten mit wunderschöner Aussicht.
Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es war trotzdem sehr sauber.

I truly fell in love with this hotel. It was even better than I expected from the photos. The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in the center, everything is just a short walk away. The rooms are stunning and very clean, and the staff made our stay extra special with their kindness and warmth. Breakfast was absolutely perfect, with so many delicious options and an incredible view. I will definitely return and would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Madrid.

Frühstück Buffet eher klein. Teilweise ist das Hotel sehr teuer.
Amazing pool, really kind staff, clean room, windows were well soundproof in my opinion considering the fact that the hotel is on Gran Via, nice rooftop bar.

La localisation était très bonne, on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied et le métro est juste en bas et la taille de la chambre
On entend bien le bruit car la rue est très passante. J’ai trouvé le petit déjeuner très décevant.
La chambre manquait un petit peu de propreté.
