Horribly filthy facility. Rooms were very dirty and the furniture was in total disrepair with an tremendous amount of dust. Found dead bugs, dried blood and dirt in the sheets. They did not have any housekeeping services to remedy the situation. Only 1 working elevator for a very large facility. The pool water was green with lots of things floating in it. We did not dare to try the free breakfast and instead opted to drive to a local restaurant.

We asked for management to contact us but have never heard from them. I have seen others complain about this and would expect the same standard respnse that was given to everyone else.

Very dirty and will not be staying here again. The price vs cleanliness was insane.
Cons:

Housekeeping was slamming doors at 8am cleaning other rooms. Was using the lock to hold the door open. The hotel should invest in door stoppers. Every 30 seconds there was a door slamming against the deadbolt. Even after I went out to ask them to prop the door open instead, they ignored and kept slamming the door to throw out dirty laundry. Room was not clean at all. Spiders everywhere, blood all over the curtains and walls, and all the towels were stained. Extremely disappointing as this was not the case two years ago.

Breakfast was amazing. Front Desk staff Ashlie was very polite and kind.

Cons:

They have summer perks. So my daughter took more than 5 seconds to decide which frozen treat she needs. The staff member named JOHN said hurry up there are people waiting in line. His tone was clearly irritated. Noted that same staff member didn’t say anything to the guest that was infront of me with her kids who literally took more time than us.
