Pros:

The hotel location was great. Staff was great, I would suggest no smoking in front of main entrance by staff. I smoke but my husband doesn't and he didn't appreciate walking through the smoke. The staff front desk member was smoking at ENTRANCE! The rooms are a little dated.

Front desk rep hates their job?
Pros:

The property might be great but I'll never know. One star for the front desk phone experience. I had a few simple questions about room types on the phone and couldn't get through any of them — the rep kept cutting me off mid-sentence and answered in a tone that made it clear the conversation was an inconvenience. When I suggested that she came off as rude, she all but hung up. Priceline was on the call with me as well and recorded the conversation.

I'm not sure if this is a one-off personality issue so much as a training gap. Basic customer-facing habits — letting someone finish their question, then answering it — would go a long way here. I'd give this place another chance if the front desk improved.

Great customer service and decent opinions in the breakfast service.

Cons:

pool has very strong chemicals in it that was internal causing irritation in my eyes before I even went swimming in the pool.(though that might just be me.)

Very affordable, very convenient, and very comfortable.
Pros:

First off, the receptionist during my check in was AMAZING. Very informative, very professional, and very accommodating. I could tell she cares about guest and her job. She gave me a in depth rundown on the hotel and all of the perks available to the guest. I appreciate the hospitality. She is definitely someone who should be working the front desk.

Cons:

The tiles on the bathroom appear to be lifting and I’m pretty sure it’s because the water from the shower running unto them. Found hair throughout the bathroom, so there was an opportunity to clean thoroughly. Other than that, the stay was great. I would definitely book again.
