Cons:

Nobody was at the front desk when I went to check in. Waited for 30 minutes and sent an email to the property manager, and no response.

The AC sounded like a freight train, the bathtub corners were moldy, the mirror needed to be replaced, horrible lighting and very uncomfortable bed.

This hotel provided my family with a comfortable, friendly and safe place to stay at a good value.
Pros:

The staff was amazing and friendly, and I love the location. I also found the price to be perfect for what the hotel provides. It's nice to have an option for my family to stay in that doesn't break me financially while still having decent facilities.

Cons:

The indoor swimming pool was ice-cold, which is weird; you'd think that one of the benefits of having an indoor pool would be being able to climate control everything. The gym was just treadmills, which is great for cardio, but doesn't give you much of anything else. The bathroom had no bath option, just a shower.
These are obviously minor nitpicks. Again, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice stay; will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

We stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds. The room was very nice and spacious. Restroom was great - clean, big, lots of counter space. I travel a lot and this restroom was one of the nicest I've seen. The breakfast was delicious (scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc.). Kitchen staff was amazing! We got there late for breakfast, so I thought there would be nothing left and we would be stuck eating cereal, toast, or fruit, however they kept bringing in the hot food until breakfast time was over, so there was plenty for everyone. They ran out of waffle batter, but I asked the kitchen staff if they could refill it and it got done right away. Overall, very pleasant stay. I will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

I wish the TV was visible from the living room. It was facing the beds, but since we had a suite with a sofa area, it was hard to see from that area. Also, I wish they had more fruit. They only had apples.
