This is more than a hotel. This is really hidden gem in Cas peninsula. Mister Osman and his team doing a great job to make this place feel like home. Cozy. Clean. Welcoming. Tranquil.

If you are looking for the sea view - you will get a panoramic, absolutely stunning, first row view of the mediterranean and greek islands.

Breakfast is just above and beyond everything: Turkish variety with an European attention to details.

Dedicated kudos to the Chef: all food is freshly prepared with so much love. we tried some restaurants in Cas - it just not worth travel and parking challenges. You will have it better cooked and served next to your room in a beautiful, susnset overlooking patio.

Clean, well maintained pool. Private access to the crystal clear sea with private and well shaded sunbeds area.

Comfy beds. Properly installed and silent air conditioning. Clean and new beach towels. Beautiful plates and glasses. And dozens other small, not really critical things but making the whole stay experience so smooth and what is more important - showing owners passion to perfection. No shortcuts to increase profit as in many other tourist oriented places. Highly appreciate this type of mindset and wish all the best to this business.

The views and dips in the ocean was out of this world! The food was fantastic… especially the breakfast.

Отличное расположение: вдали от шума, музыки, толп людей. Прекрасная кухня. Кто-то пишет, что дорого, но 2 ужина в отеле обошлись почти столько же, сколько один в городе. Идеально чисто море, где можно поплавать с маской и ластами. Идеальная чистота.

Потрясающий вид на море — именно ради него стоит сюда приехать. Очень гостеприимные и доброжелательные хозяева. На ужин попробовали свежеприготовленную рыбу — очень вкусно, хотя и недешево. Турецкий завтрак был великолепным: разнообразный, свежий и с красивым видом на море.

Отдыхаю третий раз, прекрасное расположение, шикарный вид, очень заботливые хозяева отеля. Прекрасные завтраки с видом на море. Это семейный отель, надо иметь ввиду, что это не отель все включено. Это не недостаток для меня: к пляжу ведет довольно крутая лестница, в море спуск с лесенки, если вы плохо плаваете, наверное, будет некомфортно, потому что сразу глубоко. Можно прыгать в воду с камня, только предварительно посмотрите, откуда именно прыгать безопасно.

Beautiful quiet property at the end of the peninsula about 10 mins from Kaş with view of Greek Island of Kastellorizo. Really friendly owners and staff.

L'emplacement est incroyable et offre un accès fabuleux à la mer. Le service est exceptionnel, qu'il s'agisse des conseils d'excursions, de la restauration ou de la chaleur de l'accueil. Ousman est un hôte parfait : toujours disponible, il prête attention aux moindres détails, comme les fleurs délicatement posées sur la table lors du petit-déjeuner. Sous la supervision de Kanon, les repas servis sont d'une excellente qualité. En résumé, c'est une véritable oasis de paix au cœur de la frénésie turque.

The Sunset Villa Hotel is a superb, family run boutique hotel on the Kas Peninsula overlooking the Mediterranean. The staff were simply amazing. They could not do enough to help us and even arranged an airport transfer in 20 minutes when our pre-booked car failed to turn up. The daily Turkish breakfast was an amazing spread of homemade delights. Our room was lovely with a bedroom, living room and balcony. We decided not to stay in Kas town as we wanted somewhere quiet. It was the right decision for us. We used the minibus to Kas that stops at the hotel entrance every 30 minutes. It is cheap and easy. The sea access is down some steep steps with a ladder straight into deep water. It is lovely but don’t expect a sandy beach. There are sun shades and loungers which are perfect for lazing the afternoon away in a tranquil setting. The pool and breakfast area are charming with olive and citrus trees, fountains and sculptures.

Tesis çok güzeldi. Denizi gayet güzeldi ve sakindi. Çalışanlar çok ilgililerdi ve önerileri ile bize çok yardımcı oldular. Yemekler çok lezzetliydi kahvaltı her gün farklıydı
