Cons:

I extensively attempted to contact the facility to clarify my situation for need of change of stay and was sent in circles, I got no help, or direction, the web site did not work for me either, it would not let me cancel until attempt #5 2 hours later. I was just wanting to speak to someone at the front desk, and I got NO ONE.!

The room was very nice.

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom wasn't working and for 4 people showering it was not good. Later when we opened the fridge and there was a bug in it. We killed it but had leftover food in there so wasn't comfortable eating it.

Extremely musty smell! Couldn’t stay 1) Allergies 2). Horrible smell. Poor customer service did not help the matter. . He was fully aware of the smell. There was a fan running in the lobby and a dehumidifier in the hallway. Very obvious there was a problem! Instead he tried to put me in another room. To appease him, I checked the other room he assigned me. Same as the first one. The second I opened the door, the smell assaulted me!

We did not stay it was disgusting

nothing we did not stay there the place is disgusting and we canceled the room once we entered the room . My kids have alergies and the smell of pets was horrid. We tried to cancel with booking.com and they charged me full price. we will be disputing and never use Booking.com and let everyone know !!!!!!!!!!!

The sofa bed had no sheets and extremely uncomfortable. There also was an air thing outside our rooms door that made a constant noise. The room we were in had a odor to it.

Quiet and clean
Pros:

the breakfast was pretty good and the price wss cheap it was quiet and clean.

Cons:

The room was more expensive than my other hotel stays and the pool was broken . Hot tub barely warm and jets didn't work . Bathroom tiny . Toilet very low. Bed lumpy and uncomfortable. Pillows uncomfortable.
