Pros:

Muy bien ubicada, a unos 100 mts de la calle principal donde estan restaurantes, tiendas , boutiques.

Personal muy amable, hasta nos ayudaron con la reparacion de una maleta, se los agradecemos mucho.

Reservamos tour tojo y verde con ellos... muy bien !!!

Cons:

El desayuno nasico.... podria mejorarse instalando unos chafing dishes para mantener caliente la comida.

Perfect stay in Cappadocia!
Pros:

The staff was incredible. I would like to mention they went out of their way to help us. Our car developed a flat tyre and the owner not only changed the tyre for us, he even got the spanner from his own car. He was like an angel and God send for us!

The location is superb. Right in the middle of everything important. Walking distance from Goreme panoramic view point and open air museum, restaurants and shops.

The breakfast was clean, good spread and very nicely done.

The best part was the terrace. We saw hot air balloons right around us . It was a magical experience.

It's okay, but it can get better
Pros:

The stuff is very kind and helpful. Location is central.

Cons:

The family room is across the restaurant so it's the noisiest. Family room should be placed in a quiter corner of the hotel. Also, the room was smelling like humidity. Breakfast very average.

Wunderschönes, sehr geräumiges Höhlenzimmer mit eigenem Whirlpool. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat trotz Klimaanlage wegen der fehlenden Fenster immer einen leichten modrigen Geruch.

Si me gustó la ubicación y es cómodo

Pasó algo muy desafortunado , el día que tuve una excursión y salí del hotel todo el día ,estuvo una chica en resección y justo ese día desapareció una bolsa con maquillaje Mac nuevo que estaban en la mesa
De la habitación , aunque los chicos eran atentos , quedé con la inconformidad que mis bolsa desapareció en ese hotel.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Room was amazing. We were late for breakfast, but it seemed like there were a lot of options. The bed was very comfortable, I was able to sleep in. All amenities were great. Local attractions were walking distance. Beautiful rooftop terrace as well. We also took advantage of the pool in our room.

Our trip to Cappadocia was a birthday gift for my fiancée, so I wanted to find a truly special hotel that would combine authentic local charm with a high standard of comfort and service. I was looking for a place that would make this trip more than just a hotel stay – and I can confidently say that I found exactly what I was looking for!


We made a fantastic choice! The level of service exceeded our expectations. From the warm and professional reception team, through the excellent housekeeping staff, to the wonderful team serving breakfast, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable, almost as if we were at home.

One particularly memorable moment was the lovely surprise prepared for my fiancée on her birthday – a birthday cake served during breakfast! It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that showed how much the hotel cares about its guests. It is these personal touches that make a stay truly special and create memories that last long after the trip is over.


To fully immerse ourselves in the unique atmosphere of Cappadocia, I chose a cave suite with a private pool and sauna. It was an incredible experience! The suite had so much character, a truly distinctive atmosphere, and allowed us to experience the magic of the region in an intimate and exclusive setting.

The only minor downside was the humidity in the room. However, we were fully aware of the unique nature of cave accommodation when making our choice, and it did not bother us at all. We chose this suite precisely for its authenticity and exceptional character, and in that respect, it exceeded our expectations.


I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something more than just a place to stay. It is an intimate and charming property with an exceptionally friendly team, where you can feel relaxed, comfortable, and truly at home.

Unique experience in Goreme with excellent location.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Spacious room with large Hot Tub with view. Large round bed takes some getting used to but is comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good, but probably not as good as other competing hotels in the area.

Cons:

Breakfast is good, but a bit of additional variety such as an omelette and yogurt would have been appreciated - especially at the price.

The location was excellent, the rooftop bar was superb (except for the unrelenting grating music), staff pleasant and helpful, breakfast was very good, appealing to most tastes, the king room was fabulous (watch the pesky step down to the bathroom and the serene vibe of the place.

Cons:

Perhaps teaspoons, a few more tea bags & face flannels could be provided. Was disappointed there was no pool as seen in photos online. Seniors beware - central stairwell could do with a handrail!

Pros:

Mehmet at the front desk was super helpful. This was easily one of the best hotels we've stayed at and would definitely return. Great location, beautiful rooms. We came for the hot air balloon and they really helped us do the trip (it was cancelled a few times). We managed to do it on our last day and had an early flight and they made sure we got to the airport on time.
