Best experience in Cappadocia
Pros:

Our stay in Cappadocia was absolutely wonderful, and this hotel made the experience even more special. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and decorated with great attention to detail, creating a cozy and authentic atmosphere.

What truly stood out was the incredible hospitality of the manager and the entire staff. They were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From giving us local recommendations to making sure our stay was perfect, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while exploring Cappadocia. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, beautiful rooms, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, convenient location, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great stay at this hotel. Location was amazing - beautiful view of the balloons in the morning from the terrace and the near by mountain edge. Staff were friendly and cooperative. Helped us check in early and get a balloon ride on short notice. Breakfast was very good too.

Cons:

Air circulation in the cave room isn't the greatest, especially in the washroom. Towels, clothes, and floor remained wet for days and would not dry.

Very nice room in a great location but at over €250 a night they must resolve the humidity problem.
Pros:

The location was excellent, we could walk to the mainStreet to restaurants and shops within 2 minutes . Super convenient

Cons:

The room with the private pool was outstanding in all respects except as it is in the basement and has a pool it is extremely- extremely humid. It smells like a basement and needs plug in air fresheners and more importantly, a large room dehumidifier. We lost power for 2 hours at 8am in the morning and when we returned 2 hours later the entire tile floor was wet and within hours we had the white powder substance showing up all over the walls and floor. We have a cellar in our Italian house and this same smell and humidity issue is constantly an issue there. If guest are paying a premium for this room, the hotel MUST install a dehumidifier and the cleaning crew can empty the water out daily. This should also remove the smell .

Lindo hotel bien ubicado dentro de un pueblo que es pequeño.
Es lindo en general, las instalaciones son correctas

Cons:

El desayuno muy flojo, falta de variedad y malo el café.
Fui con una persona mayor y el hotel tiene bastantes escaleras, algunas sin barandas.y desniveles que a ella le dificultaba el movimiento.

Pros:

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno davvero piacevole: lo staff è super disponibile, pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi cosa.
La camera era pulita, perfetta per riposarsi dopo una giornata in giro.
Ottima la colazione sia dolce che salata, formaggi e prodotti locali.
Posizione comoda e un grande plus il parcheggio riservato davanti, comodissimo se arrivate in macchina.

Camera con vista sulla valle di Goreme, con il buio si vedono le sfiammate quando gonfiano le mongolfiere e In volo. Dotata di ampia vasca da bagno che ci siamo goduti dopo ogni escursione posizionata di fronte all’ampia finestra, colazione servita sulla terrazza

Tolles Hotel mit aussergewöhnlichen Zimmern

Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. :)

Cons:

Die Matratze in dem speziellen Zimmer war leider zu hart. Sonst alles top und echt ein außergewöhnliches Zimmer was man nicht oft findet.

El hotel es muy bonito, bien decorado, una terraza muy chula que invita a relajarse. La terraza del desayuno muy acogedora.la habitacion cueva pequeñita pero bien decorada.

Pros:

The hospitality was amazing. Lovely clean rooms.

Cons:

Bathroom fixtures could have been improved. The flush button was malfunctioning and the door would make a squeaking sound. Apart from that, it was a perfect stay.
