Pros:

All staff members were warm and friendly!

Cons:

The hotel itself doesn't have a diner or restaurant so we had to go elsewhere for food or order in.

My stay was excellent overall! You couldn’t ask for a better location, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and shops. The
Pros:

I really loved the interior courtyard, I was able to sit down there in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine. I like that all the rooms were facing this area

Cons:

Honestly there was nothing I didn’t like. I think a room refrigerator would’ve been nice to have but the staff was nice enough to lend me some space in the staff room refrigerator.

Pros:

La caaa es preciosa!!!! De noche es un espectáculo!

Cons:

Wonderful Stay for 2 days.
Pros:

We really liked the location: the hotel was right in the center of Mérida, and everything was within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, and we were provided with clean towels every day. The front desk staff was very helpful when we needed to book a taxi at the last minute because the one we had reserved was running late.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit small and there was mold on the ceilings, we shared one toilet for 5 people. We should've booked a second room but for 2 days it was manageable. However they did have a common toilet in the lobby that we could use.

Pros:

No volvería
Pros:

Solo la ubicación lo salva 😒😎

Cons:
