Would Stay Again
Pros:

It was nice & quiet, as far as not a lot of people. Chris, the desk clerk, was awesome!!

Cons:

Wasn’t thrilled with the room location. Although it was at the very end of the hall & a super nice room, the traffic outside was quite loud and a train went by at some point during the early morning hours.
It says they are doing updates Fall 2026, I can see why. The back of our bathroom door was in pretty bad shape & hopefully they are updating the toilets (higher).
I would stay again, I would ask for a different location/inside room next time.

Great room and location but broken AC
Pros:

Have stayed two other times and went back for 3rd. Location, staff, clean, breakfast. Discount for room problem. 1 free Charger for EV.

Cons:

First room had broken AC so had to switch rooms. Still took a while for 2nd room to cool down. Almost left the hotel out of desperation, but they made it right the next morning.

Love the apartment feel
Pros:

Comfortable, quiet, very friendly staff, and convenient. We enjoy staying here while visiting MSU.

Cons:

I've stayed here a few times over the years, and the property could use a fresh up at this point.

Pros:

One word. Waffles.

Cons:

Potholes on the road it’s on, but that is totally out of the hotels control and I don’t fault them at all
