Very nice hotel. Good location approx 2km from town. Great beach location with a relaxed atmosphere. Very clean and modern with nice restaurant and bar facilities. Other eating/drinking venues within easy walking distance.

Cons:

Service in restaurant could be a little slow at times but down to personal choice.

Pros:

The staff across all areas (reception, housekeeping, restaurant) that we encountered were so kind, helpful and competent. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy!
The whole place just had a really good vibe in general. Loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

A very comfortable hotel in an amazing location.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is amazing - so close to great bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, with a great selection of teas - perfect for someone from the UK! The views from the room were stunning and the small balcony was perfect for sitting with a cup of tea or glass of wine after a day exploring Napier.
