Pros:

The staff across all areas (reception, housekeeping, restaurant) that we encountered were so kind, helpful and competent. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy!
The whole place just had a really good vibe in general. Loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

A very comfortable hotel in an amazing location.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is amazing - so close to great bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, with a great selection of teas - perfect for someone from the UK! The views from the room were stunning and the small balcony was perfect for sitting with a cup of tea or glass of wine after a day exploring Napier.

Cons:

Nothing - it perfectly met our needs.

Given it cost $700 NZD for two nights. It was very expensive for what you got. It’s a great location, close to the airp

Location and the area of Ahuriri is superb with plenty of shops close by. The access to the ocean is fantastic. Coffee from the restaurant at 8am was good. Sky TV (Sport) was good. View of the ocean great. Shower was hot. It was NYs eve. Very quiet spot. Which I was after.

Cons:

Menu was very expensive. Bed was uncomfortable, two singles pushed together - pillows too fluffy. Fridge broken and only limited cutlery - no sharp knives. Furniture in the rooms was sparse. Only Decaf coffee available in the room. Very limited stock and range of toiletries. Shower pressure was low.

Highly recommend the East Pier for a relaxing stay.
Pros:

Great location and easy to walk to shops and beach. Room was clean and spacious. Great restaurant on site. Easy parking.
