Ein wunderschönes, einmaliges Erlebnis! Perfekt!

Das Hotel befindet sich in mitten einer Altstadt, das Hotel wird zur Altstadt! Gassen gehen mitten durch, die Zimmer sind auf verschiedene Häuser verteilt! Modern ohne auf den Scharm der Gemäuer zu verzichten! Wir haben uns einige mal gefragt, was könnte man hier besser machen!? Nichts! Es ist perfekt! Vom Haus bis zum Personal! Jeder Quadratzentimeter ist gestaltet und gepflegt! Ein grosses Kompliment! Es war uns eine Ehre da Gast gewesen zu sein!

Pros:

Tolles mediterranes Ambiente, sehr sauber, schöne Ausstattung, sehr freundlicher Service

Cons:

Wir hatten wegen des Sternerestaurants gebucht und erst bei Ankunft die Info bekommen, dass es geschlossen ist.
Schade, dass man nicht spontan ins Spa kann. Der Pool war chillig.
Es gab leider nur eine Badewanne…

Pour un 5 étoiles, je m’attendais pas à avoir ces désagréments, dommage on est peut être mal tombé.
Pros:

Le lieu est magnifique, belle decoration, la piscine est très agréable, le SPA très bien.

Cons:

La chambre etait très humide, la fenêtre donnant sur la rue, le passage de deux véhicules qui roulaient soutenu, on fait bouger des bouches d’égouts qui ont fait beaucoup de bruit.
Les serveurs autour de la piscine ne viennent pas vous proposer des boissons, c’est à nous clients de se lever pour aller vers eux.
Le lieu est reposant mais ils y avaient des familles avec des enfants jeunes qui étaient bruyants, dommage.

Absolutely superb. Stayed there 31 years ago on our honeymoon and if anything it's even better today
Pros:

Wonderfully restored historic buildings which have all modern amenities while still retaining the look and feel of a medieval place. Great restaurant. Wonderful pool. A fabulous property.

Cons:

The only slight downside is car parking 500m away but a voiturier dealt with that.
