Great place to stay for a young family.
Pros:

All good. Wanna and her staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Very impressed with the cleanliness of our chalet and the pool was wonderful.

Good service spacious rooms
Pros:

We like this hotel for the very affordable price. Free shuttle rides to the beach as well. Good service as well. The lady in charge is very nice.

Excellent holiday in nice villa
Pros:

We spend 2 week in this nice villa. It was located in peaceful place but bit far away from Ao Nang beach. Anyway this wasn't problem at all when hotel offered tuktuk service with price 100 baht; only call to Wanna and tuktuk arrived to agreed place (sometimes it was bit challanging to explain where we were but every time driver found us)
Villa itself was excellent with 2 bedrooms and separate living room with kitchen facilities.
Location was about 300 meters from Oscar Villa where breakfast was served. In fact this is kind of Oscar Villa 2 as it was mentioned by themself (as well tuktuk drivers knows it better as Oscar Villa 2)
Location in reservation web-pages is not correct but villa is pretty close to Oscar Villa.
Anyway we really enjoy our holiday in this villa and the staff friendship with willingness to help in any situations.
Special thanks for Wanna and the bus driver who drive us to emerald pool, hot springs and Tiger gave temple

Affordable and clean
Pros:

The villa is good for family of four as most hotels bill extra. Villa bit far out of town. Staff friendly and helpful. Free bicycle use (check the brakes before you ride), Swimming pool is large more shade would help.
Kitchenet area not asiquate for a decent meal prep. One pot available. We were able to find the local bakery and a "jungle" restaurant nearby with awesome food.
