la camera molto piccola,giorno dopo che la sera non avevamo l'acqua calda,hanno aumentato temperatura del boiler.ma perche non lo hanno fatto prima?sopratutto se dopo le 21.00 non ce nessuno alla reception.5 piano senza ascensore. pero la camera era pulita, con la tv moderna.

What hotel? This wasn't a functioning hotel.
Pros:

We were unable to rouse a clerk and found the facilities completely unacceptable.
