Pros:

Very nice staff, breakfast was good. Room clean, ac worked well. Close for walking to many places.

Cons:

Bed was very firm. I like a firm mattress, but this was more like a pad on a board level firm.

Great Hotel, clean, functional & central.
Pros:

Great little hotel right in the heart of District 1. The room was basic but very clean & functional. The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful & cheerful! 15 mins walk to the War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace, Central Market, Party Street etc. 10 mins to to Ben Tien Market and even less to some of the best restaurants in the city. Fantastic location and real value for money - I loved it here & will definitely return!

Decent stay but requires improvement
Pros:

Perfect location, decent amenities. Kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had cockroaches in our room every night. There was something spilled on the fridge and they gathered there. We didnt report it because we were too busy to switch rooms etc. The room was decent but it needs some major cleaning or renovation.

Pros:

The hotel was very well located and the staff friendly and helpful. They helped us getting bus seats to Ben Tre organized. Also we could leave our big luggage there for one night.
Everything was clean and quite.
We enjoyed our stay, we even came back for another night after the return from Ben Tre.

Cons:

The bed was quite hard

Very clean hotel with nice staff and great location.
Pros:

Very nice staff and good breakfast in calm dining room. Clean room and lovely housekeeping lady.
Had to stay here after another hotel had renovation and was very happy with it.
