On the first day of our arrival, the receptionist expressed his annoyance because we booked through the Expedia app, and accordingly, he chose a crappy room for us in the corner of the corridor. When I tried to object and talk to him about a room change, he denied that there were any vacant rooms, even though I entered and found many reservations still available. He tried to ignore me by taking a call and left me standing in front of the desk as if I was begging him, even though I was there before he took the call and there was no response. I left him and returned to the room the next day. They did not provide the room with daily necessities such as soap and others. It was a bad stay and a bad customer service and i made a mistake in choosing based on the fake pictures of the rooms in the app. . I will never repeat it and I do not recommend it.
Overall the hotel was great, great staff, good room size, family friendly, walking distance.

Originally they put me in a standard room when I paid for a luxury room. I brought this to their attention and they made up for this by putting me into a room that was a larger suite with a panoramic view. I was only able to use that room 3 days out of the 4 I paid for. They had me move to a standard room again for my 4th day but I once again brought this to their attention and they put me in the original room I had booked. Both rooms were beautiful it just was an inconvenience to have to change multiple times and it made me apprehensive about how they manage their rooms.

The workers are smiley. But our room wasn’t so clear. The floor was terrible.
Very disappointed. We booked a standard room with two twin beds. The room was very tiny like a cage unlike the picture on the website. No view. A small window. However, a small TV on the desk.
The hotel service was poor. We asked multiple times for a slipper and was not sent to the room or was not given at the reception desk.
Not recommended if you look for a standard room that should be designed for two people.
