Pros:

В готелі було чисто ,прибирали кожен день,сніданки одноманітні вибір не великий.Не сподобалось те що кожен день потрібно було стояти в черзі за номером жизлонгу,і кожного разу жизлонг в іншому місті.

Un’esperienza davvero piacevole.
Pros:

Struttura accogliente e ben curata, personale gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Se hace la recepción desde el hotel de al lado y el personal es muy amable. La piscina del hotel de al lado también se puede usar y está muy bien. Cuenta con playa privada.

Celková dojem na hotel je dosti špatný, neodpovídá ****. fotky často neodpovídají realitě, zapách
Pros:

- pláž kousek od hotelu s vlastními lehátky (avšak nejdále od moře - ostatní hotely mají bližší místa)
- na recepci vedlejšího podniku, přes který se musí procházet a zajišťuje administrativu námi používaného hotelu, je velice ochotný personál - hlavní pozitivní atribut hodnocení

Cons:

- Snídaně oproti nafoceným jídlům byla dosti tristní - laciné potraviny nízké kvality a malým výběrem, mnohdy zkažená rajčata/ovoce, velmi špatná káva. Nakonec jsme zjistili, že fotky na bookingu pocházely odjinad (takovou místnost, co je nafocena se snídani na bookingu jsem v hotelu ani neviděl...), takže bych to považoval až za podvod...
- Okolí hotelu dosti zapáchající - pravděpodobně kvůli moči a výkalům koček, kterých se v okolí hotelu pohybuje větší množství a opakovaně jsme viděli je vykonávat svou potřebu v okolí snídaňových stolů
- výbava zastaralá, jednu noc se pokazila klima, kdy vydržet do rána bylo téměř neúnosné (při fungování nonfluentní ovládání - buď zima nebo horko). odlupující se barva ze stěn, hlučná lednička
- intenzivní hluk z okolí (dálnic, vlak, frekventovaná silnice), okna hluk vůbec netlumí
- pokud nejste na straně s výhledem na moře, tak je výhled z okna na druhou stranu ne zrovna hezký
- otazná hygiena - po prostřených stolech s vyloženými příbory přecházejí kočky

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt in keiner Weise den Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück. Es entsprach in keiner Weise den auf Booking.com veröffentlichten Fotos. Wir fühlten uns dadurch getäuscht, da die Darstellung Erwartungen weckte, die vor Ort überhaupt nicht erfüllt wurden.

Die gesamte Anlage wirkt ungepflegt und renovierungsbedürftig. Der Kaffee war ungenießbar und die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr bescheiden.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich den freundlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der uns gegen einen Aufpreis von 20 € pro Nacht ein Upgrade ermöglichte. Ohne dieses Upgrade wären wir bereits am ersten Tag wieder abgereist.

Aus unserer Sicht entspricht das Hotel höchstens einem 1- bis 2-Sterne-Haus und nicht den beworbenen vier Sternen.

Aufgrund der erheblichen Abweichungen zwischen der Beschreibung auf Booking.com und der tatsächlichen Leistung erwarte ich eine Rückerstattung

Etablissement plutôt 2 ou 3 étoiles (que 4) en bord de mer
Pros:

L'accueil est particulier car il se fait dans l'hôtel juste à côté, l'Hôtel Rivage Taormina (qui doit être vraiment un 4 étoiles, avec un prix de chambre 2 à 3 fois plus élevé, ce qui explique les prestations bien différentes) qui communique par l'extérieur. La personne à l'accueil a été très aimable et professionnelle mais traverser le bar puis l'espace piscine d'un hôtel avec ses valises alors que les clients sont là n'est pas forcément très agréable. On nous dit de ne surtout pas venir prendre le petit-déjeuner là mais à côté, dans le ChrisMare, met l'accent sur la réelle différence de prestations, alors que les deux établissements sont sensés être 4 étoiles.
Si on met de côté cet aspect un peu gênant, la chambre était de taille correcte, avec un balcon vue mer assez agréable. La salle d'eau était de belle taille (souci tout de même avec la porte de la douche qui ne se fermait pas correctement). L'ensemble était propre mais le mobilier un peu daté et abîmé (comme les canapés dans les parties communes). Pas d'ascenseur mais la personne de l'accueil a eu la délicatesse de porter la valise de ma femme à notre arrivée. Par contre, pour repartir le lendemain, elle s'est débrouillée.
Le petit-déjeuner était simple et correct.
Pour le prix, cet hôtel reste correct dans l'ensemble et c'était suffisant pour une seule nuit (sachant que pour le même prix, petit-déjeuner également compris, nous avons quand même eu plusieurs hôtels de meilleure qualité au cours de notre road-trip de 15 jours). Mais cet établissement ne mérite pas du tout la mention "4 étoiles". C'est un 2 ou 3 étoiles juste correct (le balcon vue mer est super mais ne rattrape pas l'ensemble). Quand on le sait, on accepte mieux la réalité.

Cons:

Mobilier daté et abîmé. Et une salle d'eau avec une cabine de douche où la paroi coulisse difficilement pour finalement ne pas se fermer donc nous avons mis de l'eau partout. Mais surtout, nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pour nous doucher, alors qu'il y en avait un peu au lavabo. Nous l'avons signalé et cela aura été certainement résolu pour les clients suivants. Heureusement que nous étions là au mois de mai et qu'il faisait beau et chaud mais ce n'était pas vraiment très agréable. Et heureusement que nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit.
