Bad Experience... Nope no more
Pros:

Location is great. Walking distance to Jonker.

The Executive room is spacious and the river view room has a balcony with chairs to stare at the river (smelly tho) and opposite colorful buildings

Cons:

Bad experience - toilet flushing water was off when we arrived. Luckily we discovered no water when test- flushing it. Then found out later while trying to bath, 100% hot water cos cold water was switch off at the bath tub and shower area. Scald my back.

They changed/upgraded the room and later that night after a tiring day, found the heater doesn't work.

Generally the room feels dusty, the 1st room cupboard stinks badly like a dead rat and the water kettle is dirty with sediment.

The body shampoo is weak! Regardless how much I pressed, I cannot work out any decent lather/foam.

I should have picked other boutique hotels especially when I am paying this price range. Never will I pick this hotel again.

令人愉悅的入住酒店
Pros:

服務好，前台的安娜女士臉帶微笑詳細說明。床鋪舒服😌。乾淨整潔，是休假休息的好地方。

Bel hotel au bord du canal et près du centre historique; Cadre agréable pour le petis déjeuner

De locatie is echt geweldig! Wij hadden een kamer zonder raam geboekt en het was echt een hele mooie ruime kamer. Personeel wat heel vriendelijk en het is een super mooi hotel. Zeker een aanrader.
