Beautiful hotel very well located, nice terrace for breakfast.
Worst breakfast we had in Malaysia, no fridge in the room, unfriendly staff.
Central location. Staff were friendly and had a nice space inside with greenery and water
I may have missed it, but there is a deposit required. I was unaware until check in and had to find an ATM.
The breakfast wasn’t good value for money.

Great location on a quiet street, offering the best of both convenience and tranquility. I loved having the option to walk along the main road or take the more scenic path by the canal. Jonker Street is also easily within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the area.
There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. A popular spot, "Restoran Baba Kaya", is just less than 1-minute walk away.
Friendly staffs !
We experienced an issue with the A/C on the first night, but the staff responded promptly and kindly arranged a new room for us, which we really appreciated. With more consistent maintenance, their service could run even more smoothly.
Helpful and welcoming staff. The mattress and pillows were so comfortable, alongside the black out curtains and effective air conditioning. The hotel is in a really great location.
I wasn’t advised we would have a ground floor room directly adjoining the reception area - this was disappointing in terms of privacy and noise, I would’ve booked an alternate room/hotel if I had known. Couldn’t open our curtains as the window faced a staff entrance/passage - no privacy treatment on glass.
The room design was lacking: there was no mirror in the main room to get ready/use if someone was in the bathroom/if the bathroom mirror had steamed up; the bathroom spotlighting made it really difficult to see whilst getting ready; the bathroom spotlighting combined with the black tiling created such a hazard with the bathroom floor-tile-lip - injured ourselves tripping over this; bright blue lights on the various room plugs - defeating the effort of installing the effective black out blinds.
