Séjour interrompu en raison de problèmes importants de propreté dans deux chambres successives
Cons:

Nous avons malheureusement dû quitter l’établissement peu après notre arrivée en raison de problèmes importants de propreté.

La première chambre présentait notamment de la poussière, des cheveux et des poils, du mobilier sale et détérioré ainsi que des traces suspectes sur la literie. Après avoir signalé la situation, un membre du personnel est venu constater l’état de la chambre et l’hôtel nous a proposé une autre chambre.

Malheureusement, la seconde chambre présentait à nouveau des problèmes similaires : poussière, cheveux et poils, chewing-gum collé sur du mobilier ainsi que des traces sur les draps et le matelas.

Nous avons demandé une autre solution, mais l’établissement nous a indiqué qu’il était complet et qu’aucune autre chambre ne pouvait nous être proposée. Nous avons donc dû réserver un autre hôtel en urgence.

Le personnel avec lequel nous avons échangé est resté courtois, mais l’état de propreté des deux chambres qui nous ont été proposées n’était pas acceptable à nos yeux.

À la suite de notre réclamation auprès de Booking.com, notre réservation a finalement été remboursée.

Pros:

Very nice Interior Design and feels like 5-Star hotel. No regret staying here. The location is besides Melaka rivers, so nice.

Cons:

If want use Iron need to ask and onlu can use for 2 hours. Should make as compulsory item in room for convenience. Besides, no Minibar/small fridges. Others all good and excellent.

Très bonne hôtel / localisation
Pros:

Lieu magnifique superbe chambre calme relaxe et tres bien localisé lit et mobilier moderne et confortable salle de bain génial super séjour très facile d’accès personnel très sympa possible de laisser les affaires même si la chambre n’est pas prête car nous sommes arrivés tôt affaire laisser en sécurité dans un petite pièce

Disappointing give the rap this place gets. Extremely poor value for money.

Cons:

Needs upgrade, maintenance. Pokey, small room. Told it was a king bed, small king, and extremely hard. Staff have attitude. Not good at listening.

Pros:

L’emplacement et le restaurant étaient très bons.

Cons:

L’insonorisation laissait à désirer. On entendait très distinctement les chariots d’entretien et les valises.
